Shower head not above head, when standing in shower, had to bend down and swivel shower head

Room very small and very hot. No hooks for coats - no hooks for towels in the bathroom. No notification that room was over the bar area so very loud / noisy when entertainment was on.

Floor boards crickey in room, lighting not good room was different than advertised small basic but had everything u needed room dated needs updating and shower needs updating

stairs to get up to the front door were slippy as the rain was torrential when we arrived. also we had to wait as a bus load was being checked in when we arrived. we waited as we had guests who were elderly and struggled to climb stairs coming off their mobile scooters as well. maybe invest in a ramp for easier access to property or a chair lift like the Blackpool Tower has recently installed would be fab addition. some of the floorboards on floor 2 need repairing and the carpet is a bit threadbare. there was no shampoo or shower gel in bathroom. room size for 3 people was a bit tight but it is manageable. bin in the room ddnt get changed the whole time we stayed. we were room only so can't comment on food etc

We had issues with the shower running cold but on notifying reception this was rectified by the afternoon. It meant we had to return to the hotel later in the day in order to shower but at least they did something about it.

Convinient for the Tower Ballroom. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good.

Beds mattresses & pillows were quite hard & uncomfortable, noise from the muisic in the function room actually vibrated through the bedroom floor.

One of our rooms was no 83. We had a very early start 6am for a dance competition. Music from down stairs was very loud until 11pm we could here every word of the singer clearly from our beds. Woke up in the morning to the most awful sewerage smell through the room. Wasn't worth putting complaint into reception as we was checking out that morning

All offcthe hotel we are a large dance school that booked most offvthe hotel The size off the room was lovely very spacious we were in room 3 me and my daughter really enjoyed this hotel we are booked for March again for our dancing finals 😀 x

We found some of the reception staff not to be helpful and not very welcoming. A smile goes a long way, can only assume they get fed up dealing with the coach parties. The lift near the bar broke down a couple of times.

Bar staff and waiting on staff at breakfast were absolutely brilliant. Have been here before and the staff are amazing.

We had a fantastic stay. The staff were amazing, the room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The restaurant staff were very helpful and the food was great. The free bar was amazing and the entertainment topped our stay.

The only small negative was it's like a maze inside the hotel. But it was our first time there so if we go again we will have a better understanding on the layout. But the lift made it easier and quicker to to get to our room.

Excellent location, very close to shops and morrisons. Only a short walk to the sea front. Lift in hotel and entertainment with bingo every night. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a decent size, clean and plenty of storage spaces.
