the only thing that needs improving is the showers in the rooms, not much power and water trickled out on a couple of occasions

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and the bed comfy. Lovely little bar downstairs and a nice little seating area outside. Also the lift access was so helpful. Very close to the tower, Winter Gardens and seafront. Already booked for next year. Won't stay anywhere else in Blackpool now.

Minor quibbles : there was only one twin mains point in the room, so the lamp and charging points were a walk from the bed. TV was tiny, but I wasn't there to watch TV so that wasn't an issue for me, could be for some. Shower head is fixed at around six foot (but had good water pressure and kept consistent temperature, both a rarity in Blackpool lol).

Friendly, efficient staff. Lovely clean room with a comfortable bed at the rear of the hotel, which was quiet even on Rebellion weekend. Great location for Winter Gardens, North and Central piers and the town centre.

for some reason the room was very stuffy and affected both myself and friends breathing. despite having the window open and fan on. hotel was fine though, just room.

Better shower pressure, little more space I. The room and more pleasant staff.

The location was perfect not to far and not to close to the beach front. Some of the staff were exceptionally welcoming and always smiling but there was the odd member we’re we greeted them and got ignored. The room was perfect for our short stay, could of been a little bigger in space but it was adequate for the price. Brilliant house keeping and night entertainment was great would definitely go again.

One thing, the rooms were boiling compared to downstairs. Not sure why, but I'd recommend highly to those going to stay that they bring a fan. We weren't the only ones this effected. I can imagine it's very cosy in the autumn and winter but made sleeping on the night and getting ready a bit uncomfortable.

Check out was really easy and our room was ready early which was a big help. Everything was clean, rooms were small but around the standard for Blackpool b and bs. Evening entertainment was brilliant well ablve expectations. All the staff were lovely, well trained and caring. They were truly fantastic with elderly residents.

Room was very clean -small double but had a wardrobe coat hangers! Chest of drawers! Nicely decorated.Bathroom clean tea and coffee milk available location just a short walk behind coral island ! Staff were lovely nothing to much trouble the moral of staff seemed very upbeat everyone seemed happy in there job an it reflexed in the lovely relaxed atmosphere . Entertainment was very good overall I was very happy for the price I paid definitely recommend.nothing about the place not to like

the lack of mirrors. there was nowhere to do my hair and makeup before heading out
