It was so hot, the aircon didn’t work but didn’t realise that until the second night so didn’t mention it. Other than that it was good.

Noisy guests. Building works. Road and building works made it difficult to find. Early morning (8am) pavements were filthy around hotel, refuse.

Bed hard, paintwork on bathroom needs attention and just generally looks tired considering the amount we paid.

The car park was awful and a terrible first impression. There was vomit in the stairwell which stank, and the whole atmosphere of the car park was just very grim. Poorly lit and really dirty. Didn’t match our expectations of the hotel at all.

Room looked a little tired in places with stains on the walls and bathroom window was sealed up with a piece of perspex.

Great location for seeing Bristol. Friendly and helpful staff. Good vibes in the hotel bar. Decent breakfast selection.

Bedroom was too small, friends paid roughly £60 less on this trip and had bigger rooms Breakfast was more expensive than. I thought it would be considering how fairly priced the drinks were and food on the lunch menu. It was nice though and a good selection. Air conditioning didn't get the room cool enough for us even when. I turned it down Shower curtain is positioned to far into the tub kept clinging to me when I was showering Only one coffee machine during breakfast very slow and frustrating

Hotel has parking rare for city centre. Bar served the best pint of the weekend Staff were friendly and extremely attentive Good checkout time not to early Great location

The breakfast buffet range was good but staff let it down by not topping things up as required. This happened every day we were there and I had to ask multiple times for multiple items that were empty or not working.

No sound proofing between the rooms. We could hear every word of our neighbours conversation and they weren't even speaking loudly. This would make me hesitate booking to stay again unfortunately.

pillows not very comfortable, had to request more. Confusion and breakfast as were not informed by staff that you had to order eggs if you didn’t want scrambled. Good breakfast options but sadly the cooked breakfast was cold and pancake machine not working

staff were friendly and professional reception area was nice very central location although one side of road was shut due to works so satnav had trouble getting us there. A warning prior would have been good

When we arrived there was a message at the reception that said there was a wedding party booked and there would be music until 1in the morning. We had no prior warning. When we asked if we'd be able to hear it from our room we were told not really. It was very loud and we had a poor night's sleep. It felt as though the people that worked at the hotel weren't happy. I miss getting a smiling welcome. When checking out we got a brilliant smile which was great but we weren't asked how our stay was. That's the perfect opportunity to fix a situation instead of guests going home not feeling like guests . Next to the entrance there were a lot of cigarette ends. The room was lovely but not having a warm welcome and lack of sleep were disappointing. The reason I have put no below is that a good nights sleep is a basic part of staying in a hotel.

The room was clean and stylish. Great shower. Good central location. Very comfortable bed but we didn't get much sleep due to the late party in the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy. The location was excellent for access to central Bristol. The bar staff were very friendly, although and the prices weren't too expensive compared to other bars in the vicinity.

Staying here on a Saturday night, you can hear everybody coming home from a night out and every door that closed was super loud, as if the people were just outside the door. This paired with a very uncomfortable bed that was sunken around the edges made it very difficult to have a good nights sleep.

The view from the room was cool, the interior design was well done in the room, the check in and out process with easy and we were able to check in early without additional charges.

The walls are thin so I woke up to the news from the room next door. The matress protector had been put on inside out so it felt grainy through the sheets. Shampoo and body wash are provided but no conditioner.

Location was great and it was handy to be able to leave my bag prior to checking in and after checking out. The bathroom was clean and bright. Also liked that I could open the window as some hotel rooms can get a bit stuffy.
