Staying here on a Saturday night, you can hear everybody coming home from a night out and every door that closed was super loud, as if the people were just outside the door. This paired with a very uncomfortable bed that was sunken around the edges made it very difficult to have a good nights sleep.

The view from the room was cool, the interior design was well done in the room, the check in and out process with easy and we were able to check in early without additional charges.

The walls are thin so I woke up to the news from the room next door. The matress protector had been put on inside out so it felt grainy through the sheets. Shampoo and body wash are provided but no conditioner.

Location was great and it was handy to be able to leave my bag prior to checking in and after checking out. The bathroom was clean and bright. Also liked that I could open the window as some hotel rooms can get a bit stuffy.

The Receptionist looking at us when we walked in for check in like we weren't good enough to stay at the hotel wasn't a great start.

Location of hotel was great. The bar staff were lovely. And the room was comfortable and nicely decorated as was the rest of the hotel/bar.

When we arrived told we had not requested rooms together so we got the same floor but they were along way away from each other. They had one room booked for three nights which was incorrect. When we had breakfast only one was booked. Clearly your online booking is not accurate. We were upgraded but it was important we were close to each other and this did not happen.

The worst hotel breakfast we have ever had. Barely any options, half of it was empty and all the hot food was cold. We could have paid £10 vs £32 at a Pret and would have had a much nicer breakfast. Terrible value for money. We’d recommend the hotel itself to stay but avoid the breakfast and go elsewhere.

Lighting in the room was quite poor - difficult to see when working in the room. Parking whilst available, was not clear to identify, follow or access on arrival - which can be frustrating when not familiar with location.

Location of the Hotel was fantastic for the purposes of the visit. The breakfast provided a good selection of options and staff were very helpful.

The cleaning of the floor and curtains needs to be improved. The fact that the Internet didn't work for a full day was was fixed only when we were already checking out created some burden for our trip organization's.

The room size was very good and the staff was very kind and competent. The staff did all possible to have our family in closet rooms and upgraded us to a bigger double room.

We found the hotel quite noisy, sound travels easily from the corridor and from rooms above/below. Earplugs needed if you're a light sleeper. Broken coffee machine. Bed was a little lumpy with springs pushing through in places.

Spacious room. Complimentary drinks in the fridge was a nice touch. Front of house staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and professional. Excellent location.

I know parking is at a premium in Bristol but £17 to park at the hotel seems very steep. Also when we were leaving our parking ticket said it had expired so I had to park again (no spaces until level 4) and go back to reception. No apologies from them, they just said OK and gave me a new card/ticket
