Excellent location, Michelle and Al made me feel welcome, they gave me some really helpful information for local bars, restaurants, I was offered the use of the local facilities, all free of charge, the property very clean and tidy, the room very spacious, great value for money overall. I was also guided to the car park, this was very helpful and put my mind at ease when parking my new vehicle. I will return to this property on my next visit to Southport.

Our double room was quite small and the shower was in a separate bathroom. We did not realise this when we booked. Not sure if it is but, if not, maybe this room should be rented at a lower rate than the bigger rooms.

Michelle and Al were lovely hosts. Communication was excellent prior to our visit as was the breakfast on each morning of our stay. Michelle was keen to check we had everything we needed and was very helpful with advice on places to visit and eat. Great to have off road parking.

Michelle ans Al were vrry Attentive hosts. Very helpful and keen to please. Nothing was too much trouble. On site parking was a must and very much appreciated. Thanks to Michelle for doing the extra work when we had an accident with sunblock.

Absolutely no negatives

Lovely B&B. Michelle and Al were the perfect hosts and very friendly. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Delicious cooked breakfast plus various cereals and fresh fruit. Parking at the rear was very useful as Southport can be very hard to find somewhere to park.

Had a fantastic few days. The host were fabulous and very helpful. Enjoyed eating at the pub the hosts suggested (fab burger and mixed grill) bonus as the b&b had access to the local gym fee of charge.

There was nothing to dislike about the property or the owners as everything was perfect.

The owners are very friendly, the property has a carpark at the rear of the hotel which is a plus. Al met us at the car park and offered to carry our suitcases to the room. Michelle was very informative on arrival and the both of them made us feel very relaxed throughput our stay. Breakfast was made by Al and served by Michelle and was perfect each day. The bedroom was nicely decorated and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The hotel is perfectly placed to walk to all local attractions.
