I didn't realise when i booked every room in hotel allow dogs ,I would of not booked if I knew this. Such a nice hotel but should have separate rooms for dogs,also was woken up at 7.30am by dogs barking

The rooms we received were not as I expected - I thought the deluxe is a room on the second floor with a large balcony. Our deluxe rooms were on the first floor with the window...

Location, accepted dog, quiet, pleasant staff, modern bedroom and en-suite, lift to all floors, plenty of parking, walking distance to town. Extensive grounds to walk dog 👍🏻

I didn't know how to open the windows so it got a bit warm and stuffy at times.

The location was perfect, right on the seafront which was convenient and lovely for me and my Daughter. Great value for money with dinner and breakfast option too.

The room was a little tired, but expected given the price and style of hotel.

Really good value. Room was big, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent. Lovely bar area with a good selection of drinks, plus it was a great location in the centre of Exmouth. Highly recommend!

It clearly is an older building with its limitations. Found access to room bit odd (out of lift then down several staircases) which have been tiresome over longerstay.Also mattress dreadful.

Lovely seafront location.Nice gardens but mot able to enjoy due to weather.Handy for town centre.

Iv stayed this hotel many times, and love it,, but our chairs,on the balcony were very tatty/ and unsafe, could do with replacements....

Location of hotel, wonderful, opposite the beach , wonderful view,, sits in lovely garden, and the car park is in hotel grounds, yes you gave to pay , but having your car safe and right by hotel, worth it,,,,,All staff happy, pleasant, polite,, very helpful too,,,bar lounges perfect, clean , and bar food wonderful ,, drinks very well priced,,,,my room, front double with balcony, beautiful view, spacious, very clean, with coffee maker, plus kettle with tea and coffee,,,,bottled water too,, bed was comfy,,, breakfast was buffet service,, with polite happy helpful waiting on staff,,,, food was lovely, plenty choice, some food you order , ie fried egg,,,,,,we we stayed Easter, Easter Sunday when we went for breakfast lifted our cups to pour our drink, to find a cream egg, 🙂🐣,,, lovely surprise,,,, and a lovely touch 🙂,,,receptionists were fabulous, pleasant, polite,, nothing was to much trouble,,,,, all staff were a credit to the hotel. This hotel is dog friendly and they are true to there word, staff made your pooches as welcome as you,,, there was another part of the restraunt you could eat your breakfast and bring your dog in with you if you chose to, also pooches,were welcomed into the bar/lounge areas with you

The shower tray needs cleaning in the drain When released basin water goes down the drain it floods into the tray bringing up much muck. Also, the shower was not very secure and was put the wrong way in the holder
