The whole experience from check in to check out was great. The front office staff were knowledgeable of the area and were very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and the pool was nice also-the kids loved the sand play area and my teens loved the corn hole area. I also liked the lobby where I could sit and listen to the live music being placed and the outside area was perfect to gather to eat cream we purchased late at night.

I thought it was great. It was a refurnished hotel so I read some reviews of smaller rooms but ours had plenty of room, beds were so comfortable and very clean.

Hands down the LOWEST sitting toilet I have ever seen. The resort advertises a "private beach" but there is a charge per person to use chairs and an umbrella. Given the price of the room we felt this was excessive, so we skipped the beach.

Enjoyed free parking. Pool area was well kept and the pool refreshing. very comfortable bed.

The resort needs a hot tub by the pool area. Complimentary coffee would also be a plus!

The beachfront location was nice and the food at the restaurant was very good! The staff was very friendly and the bed was extra comfy!

Room was small and not well equipped. Bathroom very small and no room for toiletries. No lounge furniture except for 2 desk chairs. Patio extremely small. Bathroom toilet too low to floor and very uncomfortable. Carpet in toom very soiled.

Food at restaurant was excellent and great value. Location was perfect. All staff were attentive and friendly. Very clean area.

They closed the pool at 1pm on a Saturday to clean it. Said it would only be an hour and it still wasn’t reopened at 6pm. Very disappointing when you have young kids.

We like being on the beach but having the pool as an option. Also the bar at pool is a plus. Having a restaurant with good food is a plus because we dont have to leave.

Room 118 is next to maintenance room where doors are slamming every am at 630 or 7 am, woke us up. No coffee bar in lobby. Chairs and umbrellas expensive to rent for beach. No where to hang wet suits or towels. No bathroom counter space for toiletry items, need shelves put in bathroom for this.

Pool is too cold for late March early April needs to be heated. Brunch was way overpriced as well as mimosas needed to Tryon Room in the lobby so you can try on the clothes before you buy them. Otherwise things don't fit and then you have to bring them back and wait for a return on your card Restaurant was a little pricey they could use a happy hour

On the beach, nice bigger surf shop/tour shop in lobby. Dog friendly. Very nice rooms. Which very nicely equipped showers. Lots of towels really good food in the dining hall and the restaurant. Really good brunch on Easter.

The bartender — “Candy” in the inside bar was rude. Up until my last night there I would have given this resort 5 stars but “Candy” ruined that.

I liked everything at this resort in st Augustine. However, on my last night there I found the bartender in the inside bar (Candy) to be not only unfriendly but rude. She suggested my son-in-law of ripping off drink(s). This accusation was absurd. I witnessed the whole thing and I asked her for her name.

The second elevator was not working. Another guest said it was out last year when they stayed there. The floor needed cleaning around the ice machine and vending area. The pool was cold.

The location was good. The food was great! They offered nice beach towels. Live entertainment was really good.

Wasn't thrilled with housekeeping. I mean the bed was made, bathroom cleaned and garbage out but the cups weren't replaced, not vacumned, Just felt it was a quick rushed job. I don't like the fact that we are given a bracelet for the pool and a parking tag yet people not staying at the hotel used the pool and people parked in the lot to go to the beach so there weren't spots available.

The room was fine. Loved the beach until it became crowded and noisy.

Coffee not available until restaurant opens at 7:30. At price of room, coffee should be made available vs paying for every little thing. Elevators are very slow. One was broken and being worked on for entire visit. Remaining elevator served entire hotel. Very over worked and slow. Handicap rail in working elevator was very loose.

Safe was locked by prior person. Wouldn’t open. No table on patio with the chairs. Non filtered water. Water was tasting nasty when brushing teeth and smelled in shower. Also tap water was nasty in restaurant.

Outdoor fire pits seating area was like sitting in the parking lot or between the two buildings, not as nice as the pictures portrayed.

Stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator close to our room is under construction. Had to walk to the other end of the building to use the elevator. It was fine using the stairs, but inconvenient when taking luggage and beach supplies to and from our room.

Had a wonderful time! Loved the tiki bar and restaurant on site. Very comfortable bed and room was clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again!
