There was no one around to help with the check in process so was stuck outside for a bit before I had to call them to get the codes/ access to the rooms. the doors creak a lot and the room I stayed in was right next to the kitchen so the light of the kitchen kept going on and off which was really disturbing.

It's close to the anfield stadium and that was the only reason I booked this accommodation.

Don't like the fact that you put both male and female in the same room. I am a married woman and was put in a room with 2 men. I had to leave the very first night without being refunded. Leaving my money, I paid for 4 nights.

I lost my glasses and hearing aid during my trip and the staff hasn´t replied to my email regarding this.

Please guys, a microwave and a chair can't be considered a kitchen. Also, and for me the worst, there's only one toilet for men, which is not enough. I think if this place can improve this aspects, it has a lot of potential.

Maybe as a Liverpool fan my opinion could be biased. The location is absolutely incredible, just 5 minutes walking from Anfield. My room has a view of the stadium. The installations were clean. Considering there's also a pub downstairs, the noise wasn't big deal. Incredible value for money. Very good shower. The staff was nice every time I saw them.

It stank of unwashed men.

The pub in the neighborhood of Anfield is a real sanctuary. They have at least 20 types of beer on tap. The euphoria of victory then a sweet dream. I was in a room with men, but there was no problem (earplugs are recommended).

Difficult to sleep with so many people making noise But that's par for the course i was able to get off to sleep and slept relatively well. No real inconvenience or problems. Would not recommend for an extended period but for a port in a storm can't complain too much

The mattresses are worn out. No lockers available to store you stuff. Just one gents toilet shared between six rooms. It's basically only good if for a backpacker's sleepover.

Great location. Very close to Anfield and the atmosphere in the in-house pub before the match was great. Showers worked. But make sure to bring your own towel.

Beds were not terribly clean, didn’t smell great, no staff to help you with anything or regulate noise in the night, only one real bathroom, no real common area, having to remember 3 codes is also annoying especially since my phone died and I got locked out and there was no staff to help.

Location is great and price is really good.

The location and having a bed are the only real met expectations. Could not have stayed more than two nights. The private room was unpleasant and uncomfortable but clean, not much furniture or decor.

The location was great in terms of proximity to the stadium, but oddly far from restaurants and pubs. If I could do it over I would have stayed in the main area 30 mins away. I did like that it was a solid cheap option.
