Room looked a little tired. My room had a Jaccuzi bath, but couldn’t get it to work. Rooms are very adequate and spacious enough.

The Location and view was great. Think it helped with the sun being out. The Bar was friendly and food was good

I’m a big advocate of 1st impressions count . Side /rear of hotel scruffy - rubbish/scrap plus a broken window .. little things that make a massive difference. Breakfast was nice , seemed a bit disorganised . Could do with a clothes hook in the lovely bathroom and hard to distinguish staff from customer .. but overall a pleasant good value stay in a great location .. would recommend

To be honest the place met all our needs. If I have to find fault then I would say the sink in the bathroom is too small and shallow. This I found awkward when shaving, perhaps I should have used an electric shaver but they never give a close shave.

Superb location, scenery makes it all worthwhile. We slept well in a large bed. Staff very friendly, breakfast whilst free was substantial and Sunday dinner was excellent. We used the local transport system to visit places we bought a weekly bus pass and left the car outside.

We found the bed to be really small for us but we slept fine. It can be quite noisy early on from the front and due to it being summer we had to sleep with the window open. The property only has a few rooms so the hotel itself is quiet.

Lovely location with nice views. Rooms have been upgraded recently can’t complain. Was a really pleasant stay.

Its the opposite side of Llandudno to the concert venues, which was our reason for visiting, so its either a 15-20 minute walk or a short drive into town. Not an issue for us but worth bearing in mind.

Fantastic location with sea views from our room over to Anglesey and into Snowdonia. Parking is on street but was easy to find a space. Room was clean and comfortable with all the usual amenities. There is a bar and restaurant downstairs, the local craft ales and exceptional fish and chips are my recommendations.

The windows in the breakfast room could do with being cleaned from time to time.

Hotel is very pleasant. Room was clean. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Location is superb and the view from the window of the Great Orme and the sea is breath taking.

Lovely location, free parking outside. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms. We had a sea view room. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food. Dinner was lovely with a good selection on the menu. Great little spot for a break away.

Nice quiet location, but you can walk into Llandudno along a flat route in around 10/15 minutes. Free parking right outside.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with a choice of cereal, toast, yogurts, mini-danish pastries and a first class full English breakfast. The Lilly is on the west shore and is situated across the road from the beach with a children's playground close by. We also ate in the restaurant for both of the nights we stayed at the Lilly. There was a good choice of food, generous portions which was prepared to a high standard.

What a beautiful location. We had a lovely ocean view and were pleasantly surprised by the cute community. The beds were comfortable, and we had a nice full breakfast included. Nice area to walk in the evening along the ocean.

Lovely home cooked breakfast. Room was individually styled. Staff do not enter room during duration of stay but any needs are met on request. Free parking outside unless you have a camper van when we stayed. Restaurant meal was delivered quickly, which was useful as we were attending a show that night. Easy to get to the other coast.

Setting was ideal away from the bustle of Llandudno front. The hotel is nice enough as is but obviously aiming towards being a very bijou destination. And - the food was excellent!
