The breakfasts. UHT milk is vile, no decent hotel should be putting it in hotel rooms, you’ll never make a decent cuppa with stuff!

Room very good, staff excellent and v friendly, breakfast mediocre, Sunday Lunch excellent. Hôtel a great location for walks, proximity to Cromer. Nice swimming pool. Would I stay again ? Yes

SLIGHTLY DATED AND WORN UPSTAIRS AND LITTLE EXTRAS MISSING HERBAL TEA BAGS IN ROOM, TISSUES. THE DALES WERE CHEAPER AND HAD THESE ITEMS IN THE BEDROOMS. NO PORRIDGE ON MENU FOR BREAKFAST

very small tv in room which did not work properly… staff could not be more helpful and got it working as best as possible .. pool was a lurid chilly but nothing to really complain about

Our garden room only had a shower and the bed was not the most comfortable, plus it rolled away from the wall when I sat up to watch the TV

I loved our room. It was a good size. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious. It was a 10 minute walk to a really good Thai restaurant in the village of West Runton and a short drive into Cromer.

We stayed at one good size, clean, family room of garden facing property. Also equipped with tea coffee facilities. We wish they provide a small fridge to keep drinks cool in the heatwave weather.

Nothing much, except sockets in my room stopped working 2nd day but they fixed them quickly and efficiently.

All the staff were friendly and nice, especially Mollie who was Duty Manager, and one other in restaurant for breakfast whose name I can't unfortunately remember.

the public areas were a little tired especially the bar. the mattress had buttons and after two nights I had to sleep on a towel as my hip felt bruised The menu was rather low grade and didn’t sell the food very well. but the food itself was really well cooked and presented / the chef deserves a better showcase for his food.

great position for exploring north Norfolk coastline. Room 251was a corner room with large bay window sunny all day. nice to sit in. good shower and whirlpool bath. Food was nice Staff were pleasant especially the room cleaners.

A huge room which was clean and serviced daily. The swimming pool excellent and the staff friendly and welcoming. I din't eat at the hotel as visiting friends nearby.

19th Hole restaurant which was part of the hotel was very disappointing. The food was mediocre and the attitude of the staff abysmal. Nowhere near the standard of the main hotel.

Staff and facilities in the actual hotel were all good.
