Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The manager was very nice about it and was able to put me up in a suite at no additional charge because their other rooms were full. He was very nice about the whole thing even though it was my fault.

Large room with comfortable bed. Room had fridge and microwave. Coffee and tea provided. Breakfast provided - simple standard US style breakfast. Staff at check in and breakfast helpful and friendly.

Lady changed room for us after we were originally in a noisy room by elevator. Also noticed she was giving exceptional service to another guest who had an issue. Nothing too much trouble. Give her a raise !

United StatesGreat location to get some rest before heading to Glacier. Rooms are great, and the front desk was very helpful. Also, the little muffins they put out for breakfast are DIVINE. I know they're probably terrible for your health, but they're so moist and taste so good.
