The window does not open and the AC system in the backyard is noisy at night. No breakfast served at the hotel - I perfectly knew that disadavantage when I made the reservation. Easy to find a coffee-shop in the vicinity.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Lime Street station, the city-centre and the University of Liverpool. The staff is helpful and the room is clean.

Not a lot.

It was central to the Playhouse and there is a multi storey car park across the road, £5 for 24 hours. The staff were friendly and helpful and very conscious about security. Our room had a window looking onto a roof garden.

It was quite noisy as we were overlooking the street with all the bars on however it didn't bother me as I loved the location but if people are bothered by noise I'd say don't book a central location.

Location was superb, really close to everything and the car park was just across the road and only £5 for 24 hours. The staff were really friendly and helpful and offered free tea coffee and biscuits in the bar area which was nice when we got back from a busy day.

Arriving late at night had to be buzzed through the first door - seemed like a slightly dodgy area at night. Room was very warm at night. Bedding could be better!

The room was a very tight and uncomfortable. Bathroom had very low key finishes. You could hear everyone walking next to the room and upper bedrooms.

A little bit pricy for what you got. At times the staff whilst were no problem did come across quite blunt at times.

When we arrived the radiator was on and the window only opens about a cm .. We couldn't keep our window open as we had a generator outside and it made too much noise. So our room was too stuffy for us - this is just a personal preference though. We would stay here again just ask for another room number.

The mattresses on some of the beds are very worn and need to be replaced.

Another hotel with the same name on the same street which caused some initial confusion - ended up having to phone property for directions.

Location was brilliant so close to everything with lots of places to eat and drink close by.

There was an air conditioner unit on the wall of the building directly outside our window so this was noisy, we had to keep the windows shut to sleep

I felt it was a lot more expensive than it should have been and the rooms were certainly not the same size as in the photos A bit loud as we were the room beside reception and not sound proofing
