Cleanliness in the corridors could be improved

Amazing breakfast. Would return to try it again. A big shopping mall with hundreds of restaurants and shops just 100m away, very convenient.

More TV station selection. Nothing to with the hotel but I don't think it's appropriate for people to sit on the floor outside their room, chatting, with their own room door wide open. I alerted staff who took appropriate action.

The breakfast, buffet style, was complete (catering for most tastes). The omelettes to order were exactly as requested. The coffee makers made great coffee. The room was modern, well designed with a very good shower. The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is abit old. Especially the toilet. The glass toilet shower door cant close properly. We stay 4 nights and asked to change to other bedroom, but the bedroom’s toilet also got problem with the drainage. The water will slowly flood when we shower.

Clean, Staff friendly and good Location. Walk cross the road has a big mall and many reataurants.

The bathroom can do with a bit of bleach to clean the mould from the shower head but either than that, the bedding and room area was clean. The staff came every morning to ask if there was any laundry which I found a bit strange. It became a bit of a nuisance towards the end of our trip.

The pool and gym were very clean with good facilities. The rooms were new and air-conditioning was strong.

It’s very kids friendly, we got welcome drinks for the kids and they love the milkshake. The location was perfect next to Living World mall. The staff were very helpful, polite and full of smile. Very recommended hotel for family.

Some minor mistakes were made but easily corrected and not an issue for me, but it could annoy a different type of customer. Some stains on the carpet but everything was cleaned regularly.

Smack in the heart of Alam Sutera, with a mall next door and restaurants across. Not many recommendations from the staff, so feel free to explore on your own. The coffee amenities is dependent on the room upgrade, so don't expect the same for different room categories.

A business hotel with practical facilities, comfortable room, good amenities and value-for-money. The in-room dining and restaurant choices were superb. Food is wonderful, good portions and delicious. Their monthly specials are very interesting and worth to explore.

Only two type of rooms, but the privilege is big enough for 2 persons.

Location. Its located not far from the entrance of alam sutera, you can go easily to the highway, to the commercial center, local resto/bar, and local market.

Centrally located, excellent service by staff. The Chef & kitchen went out of their way to ensure that the meals were good.

The staff never reply the message send by email through booking.com . I booked the property for my cousin. I forgot to checklist that it was booked for someone Else. So I send email through booking.com to let them know that my cousin willl check in (bring the name ). But it never reply. And my cousin had to be wait confirmation from me after many calls made as it was weekend and I’m not free to pick up the phone. It was take times . And also about the payment didn’t deduct directly from the credit card registered automatically . So after the staff allowed my cousin go in to the room after the many calls to me, later they asked her to go out again as the payment was not settled automatically . I was so mad and confusing because many time I booked for other person through booking.com but never have many missed communication like what happened in Mercure Alam Sutera. It was so annoying calls for me for one night stay as a present for my cousin .

Has a good location . Near to public convenience , mall, hospital , and food & beverage complex .
