We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThis was a lovely place to stop and relax for a few days after two weeks on the road travelling around Scotland. This beautiful hotel is a short walk from the charming village of Luss. Our room was a good size, well equipped, very clean and comfortable, and had a nice view over the loch.

The view of the loch from the window was lovely. Unfortunately it was late September and raining but there's a roaring fire in reception which was warm and welcoming. We took a 90 minute Luss circular cruise with Cruise Loch Lomond which was well worth it.

United KingdomI ordered the full breakfast the first day. The haggis was cold and the tattie scone was puffed up and full of air. The fried tomato was a mixture between re and yellow. Wasn't sure to eat it or not so I left it. I ordered the same again the next day. The haggis was still cold and this time the mushroom was all shrivelled up. On both occasions I had a latti with my breakfast out of machine and was cold both times(look warm)
The room was very clean and tidy. The view was fantastic but I am afraid that the break will be in the bad comments

IsraelThe balcony outside the room (which is right on the loch) had quite a lot of mosquitos making it difficult to enjoy it. The hotel is aware of the problem and you would expect them to provide something like a mosquito repellent in the room, but instead they take advantage of it and charge you for it.
Overall a nice hotel, you get what is promised, no more no less. The food in the restaurant (for dinner) was very tasty.
