There was no massage service during our stay, it would have been helpful if we were told about this while booking/checking-in. Room service was available only 10am-6pm, but the menu said 10am-10pm. Again would have been nice to know about this rather than finding out ourselves.

The hotel location is excellent, close to shops and Aonang Beach is a 5-minute walk. The rooms were quite spacious with a good view of the pool and the ocean. Loved the infinity pool. We also ordered room service and got our food and drink pretty quickly despite being all the way at the top of the property. And, a special shoutout to the buggy service, which was excellent! Thank you for a great stay. :)

The cleaners came round quite late (5pm ish) and just knocked on the door with toilet roll and water. We were out one day on a trip and did have the room cleaned that day, but on the other days we were usually in the room by 5pm chilling and getting ready. That was the only minor thing that let it down. Other than that, we had an amazing stay.

Infinity pool was absolutely stunning and it also had a really well priced pool bar. There was also another pool to use which looked good but most people went to the infinity! It’s quite a few steps up but you can call for a golf buggy to take you if you’d like. Good selection for breakfast. Mix of European and Thai food.

Family rooms were very dated and seemed a bit “rustic”. Breakfast options were a bit lacking.

Great location - central to everything but quiet at night when you came up the drive off the main road. Lovely infinity pool.

We missed hangers for the towels, especially at the wash basin and light in bathroom much too dark.

Spectacular view, super spacious room and bathroom, awesome day bed and wirl bath tub on balcony, very clean, Infinity pool amazing and staff was also very friendly. Location is great too everything in minutes walking distance.

The only thing I can point as a negative was the fact that they do not provide extra keys to the room, so there is nos way of leaving the AC running while you’re out. Whenever you get back to the room you have to wait for a while for the temperature to be bearable.

Great location very close to the centre of Ao Nang and the beach and restaurants. But secluded enough to not suffer from the noise and confusion. The infinity pool with the bar at the top is great for the end of the day!

Air con is quite noisy The street and the beach is too busy and crowded for my liking.

Close walking distance to the beach. Hotel is nice and peaceful, spacious room, clean and comfort bed, however the air con is quite noisy. Hotel is quite at the street where is busting with tourists and restaurants. Hotel lobby is beautiful and always staffs around 24/7 and very helpful.

We expected more from the breakfast to be honest. The hot food wasn't hot at all and just warm which wasn't ideal. The bacon was terrible, please learn how to do proper bacon! In the room there wasn't enough clothes hangers and there wasn't a coffee table in the room either which would have been more useful than the one on the balcony, but maybe this is nit picking a little. Plus the fridge never seemed to get your drinks cold even though it looked like it was turned on maximum. It was slightly too dark in the bathroom too. Need a light near the mirror to be able to shave properly. At the top pool there needs to be more shade, more large umbrellas.

The hotel was set in a nice central location of Ao Nang and was set back from the road which was a bonus. The room size was really good too including a balcony.

Breakfast is not worth the money (we had to take it a couple of times due to early departures for trips). The New Year's Eve party (2000 baht per person) was a complete mess: unprepared, cringy, was not worth the money at all. The gym is tiny and bad...

Really nice room, a perfect location, cleanliness, great personnel, the pools, the views, a club car taking you to your room. Taking into account the location of the hostel, it is very quiet, we loved it.

First negative, on our first morning I wanted to buy a coffee from the pool bar. It was supposed to be open at 08:00 it did not until 09:30 and when I called reception at 09:00 they simply said it was open when it wasn't. On our last evening the electronic door lock broke. Although the staff were apologetic it took 2hrs before the engineers even arrived. Clearly it had broken shortly after we left around midday as housekeeping couldn't get entry. Housekeeping was then completed while they fixed the lock at 19:45. All of the staff are in their early 20s and didn't seem to have the discretionary training that one would expect at a resort this size. There is also not enough staff, maybe it's because it's coming to the end of the season. We had to wait the two ours on the sun loungers next to the pool. We were not offered any water or anything. We had been out and wanted to change for dinner and instead we were just left in wet clothes and told to wait for the engineers. It then took them a half an hour or so to fix the door. The lack of automatic compensation (a drink, some food.... anything etc) was annoying, and I didn't have the energy to kick up a fuss. I was frustrated as we needed to pack to leave the next morning and no one seemed to care except the lovely young man who drove the buggie.

Beautiful location. We had the executive pool view. Absolutely stunning. Staff were friendly, room was clean and the infinity pool was lovely.

Someone let off a firework from there hotel room whilst we was walking underneath. Reported it to the reception team but didn't get any confidence that something would be done about it. Would have extended stay but for this reason we left.

I book for 6 rooms with 12 person but when I requested for beach towel they can only provide me 6pcs. That is the only shortage I don't like.

Reception staff didn’t want to go out of their way to arrange taxi to airport or get deals for tours. Was told taxis need a days notice - surely they have a phone number? And for the tours the prices on the brochures were the best they could do whereas if you go down to the street you can get almost two tours for the price of one if you bargain. Not enough pool towels- people held onto them over night once they got hold of one. If a fresh towel was placed in each room each day it would be better. Pool internal tiles could do with a deep clean but apart from that the pool areas were very well maintained

The staff throughout were very helpful and friendly - the staff running the buggy up to the infinity pool, the pool and bar/cafe/ breakfast staff and the security. The guys are the pools and running the buggy up the hill were so so lovely! Stunning property in a fantastic location. The hotel is well maintained and the best we stayed in for our trip.
