I was in a room in the separate new building which is lovely. However, nowhere sensible to plug things in. Plus a security light outside was shining directly into my room all night. The blackout curtains are good, but unfortunately not that good.

My only thing that I think could be improved is the bread that is served with breakfast, this bread was not great quality but still did the job

The view from our room was beautiful as we could see out across the lake. The bed was huge and me and my friend felt like we'd been spoiled as the room wasn't too expensive. We also had a great time with the breakfast options and as a vegetarian I felt like I had lots to choose from, we then went for a quick morning swim and checked out.

Nothing except the EV charging is rubbish and cannot be relied upon. Car next to us could not be detached from charger so technician arrived next day to sort it out. V small point but there were no teaspoons at self service tea and coffee station to fish out the teabag.

The lochside location, super comfortable beds, well-trained smiley young staff and the restaurant. It is a rejuvinating stop on journey to the Highlands.

Fantastic location right on the beach and shore line. Room was brilliant with a private deck area overlooking the Loch. Very well equipped and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Perfect location for the small village of Luss. Hotel has free parking which was very useful when we checked in early.

No fault with the place

The Room view was superb. Balcony was less than 3 metres from the Loch shore and offered exceptional views. The restaurant also offers the same breath taking views. Enjoyed cocktails and breakfast at the restaurant, breakfast was really nice. The Lodge is an ideal base to travel further North/West into the Highlands of Scotland.

Restaurant... LOVED the breakfast, LOVED the bar!! We had a dinner package (starter, main, dessert), but we were served by a younger staffmember. Unfriendly and everything went very fast. Our food came one thing after the other, we couldn't enjoy it. Even at the beginning she told us rudely we made a mistake and we hadn't got the package included in our price. She went away to another staff member, afterwards she didn't say anything to us anymor, she just cleaned our table and gave us the new dishes. Really strange... I think they should shoose the restaurant attendants more carefully . We loved the bartenders and every other staff member though, very friendly!! It was just this one person... Learning by experience I guess, but not a nice experience for us though.

We wanted to book for another night, but there weren't any rooms available except the suite. We got the suite with a really big discount (AMAZING). I thought the view from our first room was better though (right in front of the lake). At the suite there was the parking in front of us. But the suite room was really crazy cool though 😁.
