One member of staff was rude and uninviting myself and my daughter, plus other people who joined us for a meal and entertainment. She was rude when we first went to get a table and whilst cleaning was complaining about the children who had made a mess to start the evening. Later in the evening we asked for cocktails (which according to the menu were available 7 days a week, she said we don't do them on a Friday as we are busy, making a sweeping hand gesture across the room, however there were very few customer for the size of the establishment and 2 bar staff were standing chatting. We left and went elsewhere. Which was a shame as we were enjoying the entertainment.

The room was comfortable and clean, lovely view of the Tor from the window. being on a main street it was noisy at time (e.g. buses and people leaving pubs at night).

On arrival the staff were not attentive to hotel guests just bar customers. Left waiting for 15 mins. Breakfast all cooked options, nothing lighter or continental.

Room 1 perfect for our Bridal party preparations with loads of hanging space and floor space, big mirror and dressing table.

Beds weren’t made on the Saturday, cups weren’t cleaned but we did get fresh towels. At 10.45 we were reminded that checkout was 11am as the cleaner waiting to go into the room was getting impatient. We were in the bar and already packed and checkout was 11am.

Great location, friendly staff drinks and food were reasonable

The room was very noisy from the road, we did expect that, it's not a complaint. No real ale in the bar, but that's normal nowadays I guess, I'm getting too old!

The staff were very friendly, the location was right in the heart of Glastonbury. We parked easily in their carpark. The food is excellent value for money.

The windows were old and was hard to close. We did chat to the staff and they said they were waiting to hear if they could change the window to new.

It was in the right spot for Glastonbury . Looking out of the window you could see the Tor. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The cooked Breakfast was really good .It was not greasy .perfect. We had evening meal and that was great too.

We were in Room #1, which is small. All the doors in the room squeaked VERY loudly, so you could not use the bathroom or leave the room without waking anyone else who might be sleeping. (Note: We stayed another night in Room #3, which was much bigger and did not have squeaky doors.)

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect location for a late-night arrival by bus into town -- just steps away from the bus station. Very close to shops and the abbey. Side door available to make it easy to get in and out of the "bedrooms" part of the pub without having to go through the pub itself. The room was clean and comfortable.

The live music on the weekend was indeed loud. Our room was directly over the band area and we could sing along and feel the vibrations of the drums. They warned us ahead of time and offered earplugs. We both has noise cancelling earphones, which helped tremendously. It started at 9 PM and ended by 11 PM. We had a 7 AM bus to catch across the street, so the location benefits cancelled out the inconvenience of the noise. Also, the floodlights outside the windows leaked into the room, despite thick curtains. If you have trouble sleeping with light, bring something to cover your eyes.

Great breakfast and very convenient location. Staff were kind and helpful. They stored luggage for us overnight so we could bring less during an overnight trip away from Glastonbury. We were in room 3, which was a big room overlooking Glastonbury Abbey and the Tor tower.

Great view from windows although the windows could of done with a clean. The soap dispensers were in some weird contraption to stop you getting too much out at one time. The shower was cold and so was the room a little cold. We couldn't adjust the temperature.

Great location. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was fabulous. Good value for money. Yes it was a little noisy (it's a pub on a main road) but that didn't bother us at all.
