Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff service was excellent. Nice atmosphere in a great location. Clean and comfortable room/ bed.. The food was good. Could spend all day looking at the view and watching birds at the bird feeding stations.

United KingdomOur room was clean enough at a glance. But there were a lot of cobwebs down the side of the bedside tables, and there was a lot of mould growing on the sockets behind the bed. It would be good to have more veggie options on the dinner menu. The bed and Pillows were not overly comfortable but that is subjective.
The staff are all lovely and welcoming. They create a relaxed and comfortable environment whilst still being professional. Our room was lovely and the dog was made to feel very welcome too, which is always nice. The breakfast is fantastic.
