Carpet was worn and a bit dirty. Sofa cover was ripped at the edges. Hand wash in the bathroom was empty when I checked in and was only replaced the next day. I am normally not overly fussy when it comes to those things, but from a hotel that prides itself as a 5 star and for the price I am expecting near perfection. I'd stay here again though!

Excellent location for my transportation needs about a 5 mins walk to Liverpool Street Station. Large, quiet room with comfy king bed, free water, excellent WiFi, Nespresso machine and kettle. Slippers and ropes. Very courteous staff. I did not have enough time to use the facilities, the spa or the bar and restaurants. So I cannot comment on that.

Fantastic family room (918) with 3rd sofa bed in an adjoining suite separated by door so privacy maintained..adjoining suite had its own bathroom, tv, mini bar and tea coffee which was very impressive!. Comfy main bed, quality bathrooms and great lighting system. Nice clean pool/jacuzzi and sauna.

The touch screens were a bit hit or miss. There's a touch screen located by the shower door that controlled all the lighting and air conditioning (which was a strange location for it). This screen was a little bit buggy and stopped working at one point but it wasn't a major disruption as I was able to use the other master switches. I also found the coloured lighting in each room a bit unnecessary, the ambient lighting could be set to red or green or blue.. but this is not a complaint, just a matter of taste, they could easily be turned off by me. Other than this, everything else was great.

The room was well appointed and had all the required facilities. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was also great. There were tea and coffee making facilities included in each room. There's also a bar that gets pretty lively downstairs which seemed pretty fun.

Took too long to check in - I was waiting 10 mins. When i tried to complain no one was interested. No sky sports in the room. I have stayed there regularly for several years and have seen the facilities diminish.

Que for breakfast, stood in a que for 20 mins as wasn’t enough tables and then sat at a sofa to eat breakfast with a very low table which made it uncomfortable/awkward especially as I am pregnant
