Restaurant was very noisy. Lots of screaming kids. Not conducive to a relaxing evening meal over a bottle of wine with your other half.

The quality of the breakfast could be improved. I did not receive what I'd ordered. But otherwise the service was efficient

Having people smoke/vape outside my room and, worst of all, a beer delivery at 7am with the delivery guy making zero effort to be quiet!

The room was compact - it had everything but it was quite small. I was staying alone so it was fine but two people would struggle. It felt uncomfortably small at times. The music from the pub was bearable but got a little tiring after an hour or so. You can listen to your own music or perhaps use headphones.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The room had everything I needed - well designed bathroom, coffee maker, hair dryer and desk. The car park was a good size. The location was ideal for a holiday in south central England. The pub part of the hotel had service and good food/drink. There was plenty to appreciate.

I was woken at 7am by piped-in music from the pub, followed by shouting and whistling from some kind of service vehicle directly outside my room - not ideal.

The bed was comfortable, and the luxury accessories in the room very welcome. The food was very good, and the service was super quick.

Damn hot.....

The room was lovely, but a little small, and very very hot, and the fan provided did not do a lot. The menu choice for dinner was good, and very reasonably priced, and when it arrived it was delicious. Breakfast was also great, anywhere that supplies eggs benedict gets my vote. I have scored it a little low on cost as it was an expensive room, but there was a large concert nearby that night, which may explain this. I will look to stay here again on my next visit to the area as overall it was lovely.

Only thing letting thiis place down was the upstairs rooms were hot , and you couldnt open then window enough to let the air flow . Havinv the window open also meant the traffic noice woke you up . Air con would sort this .

Only one small bit of feedback, check out was 11am, and yet housekeeping tried to enter our room at 10am - we were still asleep, so were a little startled to see someone opening the door to our room!

Brilliant location, great value for money, friendly staff and a very comfortable/modern room. Easy check in/check out process, and parking included for hotel guests.

checking car into carpark, on a computer, some people may need help. I had a ground floor room, at the back of the car park. .. I think as a bit of an older lady I felt a bit too far from the main building-but I had asked for a quiet room and apart from odd cars - it was. My fault maybe-I think I didn't research- rooms were chalet like- not a hotel with lobby etc....a pub/restaurant with external rooms. But it was spot-on in every other way. And if you like being independent it is excellent. I would definitely stay again- maybe on the first floor next time.

clean, warm ,gorgeous mattress , soft pillows, coffe tassimo thing (never had one before but fab!) big bed even as a single guest. Brfeakfast-fantastic choice- definately the best menu and choice I've ever seen. Cooked fresh and piping hot-Sausage , egg, cheese muffin was amazing. ...and included for only £49 . ...and served from 7 till 11- excellent coffee too and polite and caring service from everybody. Asked if my room was ok - twice" thank you a few nice looking pubs a short walk away too.

The service for my evening meal was not good, I had ribeye and it was very chewy a lot of sinew in the meat, the waitress offered to take it back but I had waited too long already so I ate what I could.

The room was comfortable and well kept. The shower system was very good and a good size. The bed was very nice with good pillows and the seating area in the room was fine.

Comfortable bed and well decorated and well equipped rooms. Pleasant and helpful staff. Convenient location for various marinas and close to a station for access to Southampton.

Range of food a little repetitive if staying for more than a few days. No WiFi in bedroom.
