The rooms weren't sound proofed, you could hear the outside as if your window was open.

We chose this hotel because our flights were from the Sabiha Gokcen airport and this hotel was very close to the metro line that goes directly to the airport. Location was excellent, close to metro line, ferry, trams and buses. We used the ferry daily to cross over to the European side where the main tourist attractions are.. Rooms were quite small but the bed was very comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean so no issues there. Breakfast was also very good.

Not enough services for that kind of money. The room had a jacuzzi, as I booked, but it was too small and uncomfortable to enjoy. The booking states that the hotel has a spa, but there is only a sauna, unfortunately, no massage. Room service - the hotel orders from neighboring cafes and brings food in plastic packaging, did not count on this. Some of the furniture needs updating.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel is stylish. Convenient location.

The room itself was a bit dated and the photos do not reflect that.

The location was great. Even though the hotel is just a few min away from the lively street my room was very quiet. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. The bathroom in the room is small but looks like it was recently renovated. Water pressure was good too.

The overhead shower tap was incredibly tight and I couldn’t turn it on. So I had to use the handheld shower fitting but it was loose. Lastly, my bed had no duvet on it when I checked in.

Sauna and hamam. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

there were some troubles with one door locks (short time alarm sounded each time I closed it) but it haven't affected my stay. pretty much - the only problem i had.

very nice location: lots of restaurants around / close to Kadikoy pier - easy access to ferry channel to European side of the city. great and helpful staff. good rooms - clean and comfortable. prolonged my stay here.

I didn't personally try the sport and spa facilities, but friends mentioned that they could be improved. A bit of a narrow area, that could fit only a couple of people. The street can be a bit loud in the evening.

Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and quite helpful. Good location for exploring the city, markets and several options for food and drinks. Very good quality of breakfast.

Very noisy early hours in the street below the hotel window. Not from revellers but early morning refuse collectors who insisted on banging bins constantly from abut 5am. The spa is basic but and not quite what we expected but was usuable although one visit was enough.

The location is superb. very close to the bus station and ferry terminals which made exploring Istanbul very easy. Central to all bars and restaurants. Breakfast was basic but very nice.

Thursday night outside was very noise, I thought every night will be like this noisy. But rest of the nights were quite and okey.

The hotel street can be noisy at night.

Small and dark room, okay breakfast but in a windowless basement, smelly bathroom (1st floor), found a used condom under curtain while packing on last day (yes, they have cleaned the room everyday and did not find it).
