Location is central and close to many attractions. Facility is out of expectation, with microwave. This is great for customers like to eat in room. Although room is facing street, still not noisy in weekday.

I do not like rainfall showers - if you do have them, put them to one side of the shower stall - not right slap bang in the middle! chair is not very comfortale when you do need to do a little work on your laptop.

Location brilliant - middle of city. Room excellent - stayed there before. Bed was comfy.

Desk a bit sticky but not a problem to me.

I liked how well equipped the room was - fridge, cutlery, microwave, crockery. Also the hotel is nicely furnished, modern carpets, no old red carpets. Rooms decorated nicely.

The bed was not as comfortable as those in budget chains like Premier Inn and Travelodge. Parking in Gloucester city Centre is not easy to find and is quite expensive.

The room was good value for a city centre location. It was clean and had the bonus of microwave, plates and cutlery to save going out to eat in a restaurant.

The courtyard setting is very characterful. The central location is handy for the cathedral, station and bus station.

Being in the courtyard area, I felt vulnerable. I was charged twice on my credit card for the booking of one room on the app. Not great!

Room isn't very soundproofed as we could hear our upstairs neighbours pretty clearly. Pillows were a little lumpy but we still had a comfortable night's sleep

Great location in the centre opposite a nice pub (Café René). We appreciated the cutlery, fridge, plates and microwave provided. Staff were friendly too

The sound proffing is non-existent. I could hear the room next door peeing. Doors closing, shower running etc.

There was loud music nearby. It didn’t bother us as an adult couple not needing to keep to a bed time or rising early. But it might trouble a young family or professionals staying for work.

The place is right in the centre, with a car park right behind the property. We stayed in the courtyard apartments. The room itself was beautiful. Clean, well-appointed, very comfy, and opened onto a lovely courtyard. The staff were wonderful. Very friendly receptionists. The late checkout was great, so we got to lay in on the Sunday. It was a brilliant few days and we’ll definitely stay again.

See above To be fair we had a really nice break and visited some great sights particularly the cathedral and the Slimbridge bird sanctuary..

A nice central apartment for trips around Gloucester and Gloucestershire. The location was spoilt a little by the numerous beggars outside and in the vicinity of tha apartment. A few niggling faults in the apartment but as I think we were probably the first to stay there and sure that these will be rectified. Main fault being the position of the cooker hood which my y wife and myself hit our heads on more than once. Regards Allan Palmer

Great facilities in the food for cooking, eg a fridge and a microwave.

Low pressure shower, could fill the kettle up using the tap in the sink. The tap funnel was to wide to fit in the kettle.
