Needs some tlc ! Didn’t realise aircon was not throughout property. Chocolate wrappers under bed - toilet seat very loose, no matching crockery and not enough of it.

Very old style room definitely needed updating. Not air conditioning in all bedrooms, only one out of three. Was very hot in other 2 bedrooms unfortunately.

Apartment was very tired and in need of a refresh - definitely not anything like the online brochure! Curtains were partially hanging off the rails. Oven and dishwasher were so old, the labels on the buttons had worn off so we had no idea how hot the oven was or what setting the oven and dishwasher were actually on. Beds were uncomfortable (mattresses are very tired/old and need replacing). The washing machine was also broken, so we had to wait a couple of days for a new one (but the staff were very helpful with it). The washing machine was a non-negotiable requirement because we were in the GC for a sports tournament and needed to be able to wash sports gear every day. Finally, we were very frustrated that the 3rd bedroom did not have air conditioning (another of our non-negotiable requirements in the heat of summer), so my son had to sleep in the lounge under the aircon. Overall, we felt we had to make unnecessary compromises with the accommodation, after we paid good money to have these facilities for our stay.

Apartment needs maintenance, carpet in lounge needs replacing and kitchen also. Fans in 2 of the bedrooms not working properly .

the dust under the beds and the bathrooms were a little outdated need new cabinets and the tiles were falling off in some plces

Second shower unusable and wasn’t fixed during stay despite letting staff know early on Apartment needs some money spent on it to bring it up to better standard. Dining chairs ripped, one shower not working, curtains not closing properly, toilet roll holders missing

Was a little dusty when the doors and windows were left open but we were on the twelfth floor and Gc winds can’t be avoided!

Amazing location 10min walk to surfers. Spacious and clean apartment, 3bdrm/2bthrm was perfect for 2 adults and 4 kids. Very friendly and accomodating manager. Free parking underground and two pools for the kids to use was great

Apartment maintenance was not appropriate, blinds, one of the three balcony door, cooktop was broken. Appliances were not upto the mark. Microwave didn't had the plate ring so you could put multiple items to heat. Washing Machine is tricky to use, luckily I had the same washing machine earlier so I know how to handle it. It was asked to leave the house clean and tidy but other than a mop nothing else was provided to clean, whole house is carpeted other than kitchen area and you cannot clean the carpet by mop.

Location was excellent, close to almost everything. Beach, public transport, restaurants. Check-in check-out was smooth. Due to short stay unable to use the pool and recreational area, just had a look and it looked good.

A little bit old and outdated, but, unless you have a time machine and want to go back to when it was brand new, it is what it is.

The three bedroom apartment could use some upgrading. Curtains to be added in one bedroom, plumbing needs attention and some more bedding in all rooms for the colder nights in July! The games room was disappointing as we were expected to put coins into the pool table to use it... however we only received two balls for $2.00! Pool was great but perhaps a little heavy on chlorine.

Location was good to access public transport, beach and shopping. Apartment was spacious Colin, at reception, was very friendly and quick to respond to our requests.

A couple of things missing from the apartment and a couple of things required maintenance. booking.com site said check out was 12pm, but was actually 10am.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom ground floor apartment, it was huge. So roomy and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed, including extra blankets, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid and washing detergent to last a couple of days, until you could purchase some, or ideal for over nighters. My kids loved the heated pool, great for the cooler months. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, plates etc. We are very thankful we were able to get an extra car park. I really appreciated the staff accomodating in that way. TBH I could not fault our stay at all. Oh yes, I almost forgot....Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the tram, it is certainly in a prime position. I would highly recommend staying in the 3 bedroom ground floor apartment.
