We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy only gripe was my room had an awful smell but was ok as it went when i left window open but returned soon after shutting the window but i didn’t mind as i like to sleep with an open window.
Staff were very nice and helpful and this is a nice hotel in a lovely village with nice local pubs and shop… and i hope to return soon for pleasure … i recommend this hotel.
