Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was in a great location with beach a few minutes walk away. Room with sea view & balcony to sit out on, very clean & comfortable. Friendliness of the staff was great. Breakfast was very tasty, full english & plenty of it. We'll definitely go back again.

Friendly staff, great location if you are walking coastal path around Jersey. Food in the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was great. Our room had a shared balcony with great views into the bay.

United KingdomThere wasn’t the usual Information sheet in the bedroom detailing Menus, Meal Times, Checkout Time, Bus Times etc. it’s a great pity that the Restaurant is closed for dinner several nights a week and the other option is The Moulin de Lecq pub about 5 mins walk away.
The location, our bedroom with terrace faced right on to the sea. It was amazing at dawn, dusk and every other time of day. Beautiful beach. Friendly helpful staff and the best breakfasts I have had on the Island. There is a bus that runs from opposite the hotel to the airport (15 mins) and on into St Helier which is really useful if you don’t have a car or want to go out to eat somewhere else and don’t want to drive.

The location was amazing, and our room had a view over the sea from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff all very kind. We missed the first night of our stay due to a delayed flight, and were very sad as it was a great hotel!

A fantastic stay family and pet friendly Lovely food and accommodation clean and a sea view. Staff are friendly and helpful. They even did a breakfast tray as we attended an event before breakfast started which was amazing so the kids could eat.

United KingdomThe shower was not functioning well and seemed broken, it was not very pleasant that lights (motion sensor) went off while taking a shower. The room was also smelling a bit when we arrived.
Breakfast was amazing, staff was helpful and very friendly. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable, great to have a terrace (shared with other room, but with an amazing view).

The staff were lovely, the room was very clean and spacious. The hotel is literally right on the beach, with a stunning view from the restaurant. The breakfast was very good, many locals come for a swim and breakfast at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

United KingdomWhilst the hotel is spotless, it could do with a little updating as some of the decor is dated. If the management read these, I'd like to suggest some sort of privacy blinds on the big bay windows that open onto the terrace that is shared with 4 other rooms, as when other residents are on the terrace, you feel a little exposed!
The location is simply perfect, views across the bay were incredible. Breakfast choice and portion size was excellent, beware the small cooked breakfast - it's anything but small!! We ate in the restaurant one night of our stay and the food was fabulous too. The hotel was spotlessly clean in the room, en suite and communal areas. We will definitely stay here again.
