There is nothing to fault

The apartment is a great place to stay, this time is was for only 1 night, but when we are back it would be my ideal place to stay for a week or more. The apartment feels like a home from home, comfortable and tidy, with lots of little details you donot notice at first. Cannot recommend highly enough

The apartment was exceptional. Situated along the main road in Southport it allowed us to spend time as a family rather than stuck in separate hotel rooms. The flat was super clean with a well equipped kitchen. Bathrobes, huge towels and toiletries made the stay special. Access was via a lock box by the front door. Contact with the site before our arrival was via the internet and clear instructions on location, parking and access was excellent.

The apartment was very spacious it had space for everyone to be together and also to relax by themselves. It had little extras that were a very nice touch and Netflix was available for the children which they were really happy about.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable with everything we needed available to enjoy our stay. Although we didn't meet staff face to face we had good communication via the Internet.

The only downside to the apartments are the size of the single beds which are smaller than a regular single. Although the mattress itself was comfortable I wouldn't recommend if you like more room.

The Folly is a lovely place to stay! Excellent communication with the host and the apartments have everything you need for a short stay. We particularly liked the little touches such as bath robes and mini toiletries, as well as the tea, coffee and biscuits. We had more than one car but the host was very accommodating, we were also asked if we would like double or twin beds, as well as the sofa bed made up, so our preferences could be accommodated before arrival. This was our second time staying we will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Absolutely nothing to dislike or complain about.

Good communication with host, easy check-in. Very clean and comfortable and quiet, parking a bonus. Near shops, bars and restaurants. Little extras of toiletries, milk, coffee, tea etc very welcome. Customer service is certainly at the heart of this establishment. Our stay was short but sweet, thank you.

The outside of the building didn’t have a lot of kerb appeal,nothing that a lick of paint wouldn’t solve though.

Minor gripes - which wouldn't stop us staying again - there was only one key provided, no door mat internally (it would help keep the floor dry/clean if there was one), no wardrobes or drawers to store clothes.

There was nothing to not like.

The Apartment was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and as the rooms are sound proofed very quiet,. The location is perfect for shopping on Lord Street and reaching the promenade. The staff were very helpful and easy to contact, will highly recommend.
