The water wasn’t hot enough for 3 showers… the boiler must be small. Be better with an electric shower

It was above an Indian restaurant out in no where Staff wasn't very helpful beds was not comfortable and really small to fit 2 ppl I was sharing with my 11 year old daughter and we just about fit in the bed and she's only small it was not a full double bed

the room was so clean and spacious. the beds were comfortable. it was a little far from main cities so could be hard to reach if you're not traveling with car. 30 mins way to York city. but totally a very good quality for the price.

Only negative from my side was only 1 large bath towel and the tea bags and milk weren't very nice but that's my preference.

After reading other reviews we were very worried what we were going to get when we arrived, but from the moment we turned up the staff were waiting and very helpful, carrying bags and showing us to our rooms. Once in the room was so surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room. Very happy and satisfied with our stay and would definitely use again. The value for money was exceptional 🙂🙂

One of the worst hotel I've stayed in. Upon arrival it felt like they weren't expecting us. Check in was all over the place, with the staff asking me to show proof that I had paid because they couldn't log in to the booking.com site. They were speaking in their language the whole time, it felt really unprofessional. We were given the wrong room. We booked a double with an extra bed but got just a standard double. The mattress is really old with springs digging into you when you sleep. TV does not work and neither does the hairdryer. Room security is really poor as the reception had given our room number and passcode to another guest that checked in the next day, and he opened our door and came in. Wasn't the guests fault at all. Surely you'd know which guest is in what room. It's not like the hotel was super busy and sold out. There's no bin in the room and a chair instead of a bedside table next to the bed on one side. Tea bags were just left on a plate with just 4 milk capsules for 2 people for 2 days. We didn't even bother going downstairs to talk to them because it would have been so difficult with the language barrier. Just decided never to come back here instead.

Heating works well so we weren't cold, given the time we came. Bathroom looks modern with a good water pressure.

I was astounded at the simplicity of the 'hotel'. A few rooms above an Indian restaurant - so dinner was taken care of! - clean, well equipped and furnished. The location was easy to get to but quiet - not far off the A19 but out of Easingwold, yet easy to get to anywhere

No one was there to check in at 3.30pm like check in said. Knocked in door a couple of times. Haven’t replied to text on booking.com. Also customer care at booking.come were no help

We booked a deluxe room for me and my 2 children . There was nothing deluxe about it .we arrived at 4pm the whole place looked deserted so called the number to check we had the right place . The guy came and let us in . He took us to the room up some stairs the carpet was thilthy looked like they had been dragging dead body's about the hall way . Doors had codes instead of keys . There was a massive spider in there . Big bodged holes in doors . Tatty curtains . Mix match towels . Kids didn't want stay but wedr had a long day . We went to the shop and the guy was just lurking in the corridor. I thought wede booked bates motel by this point . . Seemed to be cable wax all under the bed . Wouldn't stay again or recommend.

First of all the hotel name on booking.com is not it's real name. Second there was a heat wave and there were no facilities for fan. When we tried to call the owner of hotel, they picked up and then hanged up straight away and then didn't pick up the call.
