Maddie and John are welcoming, caring and great hosts. Room was very comfy and spacious. Maddie took good care of us from picking the best options for breakfast, it was yummy and cooked beautifully. Plenty of games to play and pool room has relaxing atmosphere. Location is perfect can walk to Blackpool tower and for other attractions. Parking was free which a bonus. Really enjoyed the stay, will visit again by sure and highly recommended.

The owners were very polite and friendly we all felt at ease. They couldn’t do enough for us. They offered us their parking space but we had already found one. There are spaces on the property. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and there was plenty to choose from. Maddy was especially kind and patient to our 11 year old grandsons and myself as we struggle with food. The hotel was peaceful clean and was situated near the bus stop on the seafront. There is a shop nearby.

Hotel is spotless. Breakfast is amazing. Best hosts you could ask for. Made us feel so welcome and they go out there way to help you. Location is perfect. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Will definitely be staying again

It's alittle far to walk to the tower especially when it's cold but this is not no fault of the hotel. Tram was only £2.60 and a taxi 6 pounds. I would pay this all day long for how good the hotel is.

Maddie and John from the start were very welcoming. My fault I booked a single room in error, they were more than helpful and gave us a double room for a little extra charge. The room was very clean and tidy. Everything you need tea coffee, iron and ironing board. The bar was lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was really excellent alot of options. Extra points to Maddie for making swans on the bed for both nights we stayed.

Being a rather stocky person I would have preferred a slightly bigger shower but it was not a problem as I still managed to shower.

Nice quiet location . Maddie and John, the owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was of a good size and comfortable. Tea and coffee supplies were good as was cleanliness of room and communal areas. Good choice of breakfasts and well cooked w8th plenty of coffee. Nice bar area and Maddie and John were great hosts. They were both able to give helpful information about Blackpool and things to do.

Nothing, everything was beautiful

Maddie and John were so friendly and helpful all the time. The location was fantastic, close to the tram stop to get straight into town but away from all the noise of the night life. Breakfast was fantastic! The beds were so comfy and a fantastic sleep.

Good location, tram stop across the road from the hotel. Parking was available and able to check in earlier without a problem. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Good cooked breakfast. Would definitely go again.
