Just a very small one that cannot be helped, little noisy as there is a bus stop directly outside property, but not a issue.

Great central location, bus stop outside hotel for easy travel, The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated with everything that you would need in the rooms, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, breakfast to die for .

The hosts Hayley and John were friendly and took time each day to chat with their guests. They were very knowledgeable about the area and places of interest. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect.

The only very minor fault we could find was power sockets without USB but we had charging plugs, and they keep some spare too, but something for the future to possibly incorporate into the bedrooms

The place is a pure delight, from the welcome to the good bye, friendly and truly accommodating, the breakfast choice was terrific, the room we used was comfortable and fans available for the hot weather. Parking was nearby and tickets provided to use it as a part of the booking.

The room was clean, nicely decorated and very nice overall. The breakfast was great with lots of options every day, and hosts were super friendly and helpful. I requested some birthday decorations up in the room and this was done without a problem - they even left a card and gift for my partner.

Haley and John gave us a warm welcome and stay. They accommodated us with everything we needed and they delivered explicitly. We didn't feel like we were on vacation, we felt like we were at home.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Ferry was arranged for us at a great discount. Tips and advice on where to go, places to eat etc. No restrictions on when you came in or went out. Felt like home from home. My 9 year old got a present when he left. Can't fault our stay.

What a fantastic stay at The Ryedale!!! Beds were soooo comfy. Great location, wonderfully clean and the breakfast was delicious with so many options! Everything was spot on. Our hosts were lovely people and have obviously worked hard to refine their accommodation to a superb standard. Can’t wait to come back with the kids!!! Thank you!!!

It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was also right next to the station, which was great if we wanted a day trip to another town and didn’t want to drive. The staff were extremely accommodating and so lovely.

The Rayedale is a fantastic hotel. It is clean and has all the amenities that one requires. The place is close to sea (approx 8-10mins walk to the beach) and same distance to the town making it the perfect location. Train station is 2-4mins away and the bus stops in front of the Raydale’s door. This place is run by a couple who i has done a perfect job. They even provided us with two huge towels to take along to the beach. This is a great place to stay if you are in Raydale. Thank you Hayley and John for the hospitality.

We had no negative comments on this property, it matched all of our expectations and requirements for this particular trip. We had a downstairs room and with the window open at night, the road noise may disturb your sleep, but not excessively. so and the double glazing kept out all noise with the window closed.

We both received a very warm welcome at the Ryedale B&B. The property was ideally located for our planned itinerary of coastal walks and visit to the steam railway and Ryde using public transport being very close to the railway station and bus stop for the 'Island Coaster' service. Our room was spotlessly clean and of ample size for our purposes. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice ranging from cereal, fruit bowls and juices through to a full English and toast. The breakfast room was sunny bright and welcoming. We would undoubtedly use the Ryedale for future visits to the island.

There was nothing to dislike .

The owners were welcoming and helpful. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. Clean towels daily if you wanted them..The breakfast was really good, my husband had cooked and toast daily I had fruit and yoghurt with toast. Could have had everything if you wanted. Overall a lovely place to stay. Two minutes walk from rail station with a bus stop outside the door. Excellent for getting around the island on public transport
