Very friendly and both went out of their way to be helpful. Very clean and local to all the amenities and the beach. Had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The only improvement for us would be a better sausage at breakfast, otherwise nothing else and that's our own personal taste

I have been 3 times so far to sandgate and we love it. Tina and Mike made us feel so welcome. The rooms were clean and a good size. The breakfast is lovely nothing is too much trouble. We would definitely recommend sandgate to anyone and we will definitely be going again. Wish it would let you rate more than 5 star because 5 star doesn't do it justice.

Shower didnt work as expexted during 1st night but was sorted the next day. It was fine after that.

The Sandgate is close to many attractions, shops, amusements and etc. Beach is nearby as well. Hosts are very kind. Our room was nice and beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great. Our short trip to Skegness was fun! Thank you🥰

Perfect location right minutes from town, very close to beach. Balcony was an absolute bonus.

5 minutes walk to the beach. The owners were incredibly nice, nothing was too much trouble and lots of little touches made our stay such as leaving a fruit shoot for our son every day at breakfast. We were also able to leave our bags there for a few hours after check out which was really helpful

Through no fault of the staff but we didn’t have a shower in our room. There was a big water burst Friday night and there was no water at all Saturday morning but when water was back on,our shower still didn’t work. Whether the burst wasn’t mended properly and our room was on top floor caused that, I don’t know but the communal shower on floor below worked fine.

if I had to say something I would say waiting till 8 am for breakfast because we get up at 6 nearly everyday but it was worth the wait

The location of the property is great very central to everything within 5 minutes walk to all the attractions and beach coffee and tea facilities in room, beds very comfortable, tv, hair dryer and fan in the wardrobe owners are amazing nothing is to much trouble

Absolutely love it all, rooms were of a decent size, beds were comfy, locations was ideal with it being a short walk to the beach. Only wish we were able to stay for another night or two.
