Car was parked fairly easily although it is not a large area! Unfortunately a car parked behind us and had not moved when we were leaving so ended up having to get staff to find out who the car belonged to ! Should really have spaces marked out properly to save this happening!

Very steep stairs... but there really wasn't many; I guess it adds to the charm. A slightly odd smell in the passageway and in my room. Shower was just a little cramped.

Very friendly and exceptionally accommodating staff — freezing my two small water bottles overnight so I had iced water for all of the following day. Love the shower head having a long flexible extension. (I hate those fixed ones 8' up the wall.)

Bath had jets were not clean, nowhere to hang towels only one hook behind door and no shelf to put toiletries on. Only one bin in bedroom (which was not emptied) none in the bathroom. We felt that the housekeeping was poor.

Drink prices. No drinks menu by bar which they should have by law. Would help, save avoiding bar altogether. :/ Sadly, there is no Chinese now in Ironbridge.

Lovely as usual. Highly recommended for a weekend. Especially if you local. Robin hood holdens pub within walking distance. Nice Indian restaurant.

The premises are little dated (I know it's an old building and there is an attempt to reflect it's age in the decor, which works well, but a good clean-up of the car park and front outdoor seating area would be good, as wood the extractor fan from the kitchen which is dripping grease into the car park).

Very clean linen, excellent and very helpful young staff, super breakfast. I didn't use the restaurant this time but did last time - good quality, choice, and service.

Unfortunelty the bath in our room was not hot, we kept trying the hot tap and turning it on and off but it would start off hot then go cold again, by the time we got in the bath it was around 11pm so we did not want to bother anyone about this but it really wasn't great. Luckily we were travelling home in the morning so could shower when we got home but I would suggest warning people about this as if I was getting ready for an event or wedding I wouldnt be happy if I was unable to have a bath.

The room was comfortable. the bed was amazing. Breakfast was delcious in the morning and that really made our stay.

Noise from the corridor outside the room, could hear people slamming the fire door and walking noisily. I had earplugs which helped a bit. Room was a bit dark (faced the back of the hotel so no view)

Good value for money. Friendly staff. Good location by the river. Comfy bed (double bed against the wall for a single room which was nice) Good breakfast.

The room was spacious clean would of liked a room with windows with a view it was very warm with no breeze . . Coming through the sky lights , but we had all that we needed Breakfast was freshly cooked, very nice ., We had a snack lunch time as it was my birthday we sat outside, sandwiches were quick coming and very enjoyable .

The staff were pleasant friendly, the place was clean and tidy .

The bathroom in room five is quite tatty and could do with a bit of a make over, whilst the room was clean some of the public areas could be a bit cleaner
