Very nice, clean hotel and very helpful staff

The only 2 small gripes are 1. whoever/whatever was above us was very noisy all night long and woke me multiple times. 2nd is that there are no curtains to the room that has a window, just a venetian blind, so very bright early in the morning.

Hotel very clean and contemporary. Loved the garden terrace in the sunshine. Perfect location. Breakfast was very nice and cooked to order. A good selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt etc available also. All staff are very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for my friend’s Hen party. The location was perfect just a small walk into the town centre. The apartment had its own private entrance separate from the hotel which was great privacy!

The cost of the shots. When ordering lots of drinks would have been better to give offers before hand. Free shots didn’t really help as only 4 people received it

The only small gripe I had was that there was only one usable plug socket and it was right underneath the TV far away from the bed so I couldn’t use and charge my phone at the same time. Understandable given the age of the property, but I would rather have had an accessible socket next to the bed than the wired-in landline phone on the bedside table which seems a bit unneeded in this day and age. Very minor point though!

Gorgeous old-style townhouse, loads of character and high ceilings. Very comfortably furnished (I could have slept on the carpet!) and nice to have a bathroom with actual opening windows and natural light. Staff were fantastic and great location. Spacious room with plenty of useful furniture (actual storage in the bathroom under sink, etc).

Single beds were extremely narrow, bunk beds maybe? Nearly feel out of bed a few times!

There wasn't a window so we couldn't let any air in, and the display on the phone kept lighting up so we had to cover it as it was right next to the bed

The room was well laid out (we had 3 single beds) the bathroom had towels and toiletries, the beds were comfy

Nicky, Becky and Lucia. They made the trip so enjoyable. So helpful, friendly , lovely people who couldn't do enough, just amazing.We loved the property from the minute we saw it. Lovely old building, recently refurbished, absolutely immaculately clean ; convenient central location , perfect. And the bedroom window opened! Breakfast very good, cooked to order , no time slot which we appreciated, served so cheerfully by the lovely Nicky and Becky. Highly recommend.

Location was perfect, minutes away from centre of town or for a lovely walk on the river. Staff where so welcoming and friendly, they treated our dog like one of there own she loved her stay(especially the breakfast sausage). Nothing was to much trouble. Everything was clean, food was excellent most defiantly stay there again x
