If I HAD to pick something I didn't like it would be the times of breakfast. Last breakfast was 9.30 and you have to leave your room for 10.45 which to me felt rushed. I either had to get up at 8 (which I did) in order to have a shower before breakfast or I could have had a bit of a lie in, ate breakfast and had no shower because I want to enjoy breakfast and not throw it down my throat. To me when your paying quite a bit of money and staying away from home for a little treat then surely 12 would be a more realistic time to vacate your room. Then you could have your bit of a lie in, have your breakfast shower then leave and not feel rushed. I actually got home and was tired rather than refreshed. Men might see this differently. Also there was nowhere to park apart from a 10 minute walk away in which I had to then carry my bags to the house and up the steps. Plus I didn't like the fact my new car was parked out of sight over night.

Set in beautiful relaxing grounds. This guest house has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The price was great, the staff friendly, the rooms lovely and clean, great views of the sea and pier from the terrace, the bed was one of those you just don't want to get out of and the breakfast was really good.

It’s called the view but our room although overlooking the beach it’s was also overlooking a bit of a mess due to building opposite, not that that is the fault of the B&B

Love this place we always stay here when in Llandudno … friendly , spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, a great view over the bay of Llandudno, right next to the pier , the breakfast is exceptional quality, I would highly recommend and already looking forward to returning very soon

The only thing which was unfortunate but necessary was the lift was out for short time for repair, but only about an hour. Few steps upto property which maybe unsuitable for people with mobility problems but was ok for us.

Check was easy and very pleasant staff. Fantastic breakfast and excellent choice, loved the system they have for breakfast times and choices. Staff always willing to help but also gave you the choice for privacy.

The key to lock the rooms door we found out is a little difficult to lock it.

Nothing everything was wonderful

Another wonderful stay at the view this is our second stay and won’t be out last, the hosts are lovely friendly and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is situated near all the attractions Llandudno has to offer, we had a lovely sea view room, the view is beautiful overlooking the pier, the hotel has all the facilities you need and has a lovely patio area where you can sit and relax and watch the world go by, there is a honesty bar which we took advantage off and the breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day, thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back soon xx

The electric shower and small cubicle spoil the bathroom.

We only stayed one night but we were very impressed by how friendly all the staff were. The guest house was spotlessly clean and the bedding and towels were high quality. The breakfast was excellent and the pre order method and time slot booking seems to work well. We would return for a longer stay if we were ever in Llandudno again.

Location perfect. Welcoming. Fantastic views, room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Quiet, slept well. Everything my daughter and I wanted. Breakfast was exceptional. Love this guest house will definitely be back.
