Could really complain about anything as the price was very reasonable.

Overall excellent value for money and would stay again. Parking permit is a bonus

I thought breakfast was included but wasn't. Had to pay an extra £10 per person per breakfast per day.. It was nice and not greasy.

Asked for a nice view and got a side view of the seafront, which was excellent. Thank you. Brilliant location and lovely China Cottage Chinese Restaurant close by and Britannia Pier opposite.

Breakfast, the service was strange, you weren't aloud to help yourself to the cooked breakfast, a member of staff asked you if you wanted 1 or 2 of each item.

The parking is a nightmare.!!!spent the first hour looking for a space in the streets,ended up paying £6 for 2 hours before finding a parking space again 3 streets away... Seafront parking is £38 for 8 hours,absolute joke .

Decor and shower cubicle. needs updating and neatening in bedroom, tv small but i understand there wasn’t anywhere to but a larger one and still be able to view while in bed because of the room shape. Another guest has been smoking could smell. The issue was dealt with.

Very polite staff bar lady was great, main man boss with glasses very polite humble. great breakfast. Expected to serve myself at a buffet but bonus of staff doing it like carvery style. although we was right in the centre tucked into a side road of all the fun, it’s very quiet great price for bank holiday. It served its purpose to be able to sleep ☺️

Only thing I didn't like was I take photo ide make sure it was the right person how booked the hotel room could had more choice with the evening meal only one choice for the evening meal the potato were over cooked

Very dated the headboard was not on the bed base .the bathroom had black mould spots around the shower cubicle the toilet brush was dirty could do with some kind of sound proof as was very noisy from the corridor and above ,also you could hear the water being flushed down the pipes right outside the window so could not leave the window open .also it stated there is free parking we had to park 4 streets away

The shower only had a high shower head. Not a handheld to . Also was tiny . Really noisy guests in other rooms making loads of noise until 3/4am !

The fan in the shower/toilet room was a little noisy and the room was a little smaller than i was use to but it was a single room so just a minor thing really.

Location was ideal. Central to everything. Price was very reasonable and the room had a great T & C selection incl a bottle of water.

This hotel suited my needs so no probs.

The right place for a short stay in Great Yarmouth. Would recommend. Very fairly priced and well located for travel and exploration of Norfolk. A small room but comfortable. Also quiet. Pleased overall. Would also recommend Greek restaurant in nearby Crown Road. A bus trip to Winterton on Sea would be a good idea.

It was difficult to find staff at times as reception was shut and no one around to ask for more milk. Would have liked some information in my room about the hotel. Was disappointed with toiletries as there was no shampoo and body wash v basic. Concerned about the notices re-electricity use/appliances. Felt you should have been able to use the kettle and heater at the same time without it overloading the system.

Location was excellent for the shops and seafront. Room was clean. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Manager was polite and helpful

Could hear television in next room even though they didn’t have it on loud, couldn’t get the free Wi-Fi in the room, bed was a little lumpy but still managed to sleep ok. No breakfast options

3 towels in bathroom, a shampoo , handwash and “ tonns”of tualet paper..😂🤣🤣.. plus comfy bed and super clean bedding!👍
