If you’ve got the staff maybe a more comprehensive breakfast menu? Nothing else, the room, bed, shower, location and value were great.

Breakfast was basic but very nice. We had poached eggs on toast and they were nicely cooked. Staff were lovely though I think they were short staffed and doing their best. Friendly and smiley people.

It’s historical look, loved the interior designs, the staff were so friendly and accommodating, the room was amazing, felt like royalty, the Jacuzzi bath was so lovely , the food was amazing and the breakfast we had, pouched egg was the best I have ever had , definitely will visit again.

I would have liked to option for a full Yorkshire breakfast, even if paying a bit more. No desk in bedroom to sit and work on my laptop. Hot water in the shower only lasted 2 mins.

One small problem was that it was windy at the time and the windows let in draughts so the room was a little cool. Radiator in the room was only slightly warm.

Brilliant team that were so welcoming on my arrival, which was late! Then so supportive the next day to enable me to check out late. Best bacon and egg roll for breakfast that i've had in a long time and such great service.

Previous reviews mentioned they don't do a breakfast. Well they do now. It's just not got full English options yet, although I love that they listened to their customers. Bacon or sausage sarnie, cereals or egg on toast. But, better than nothing. No Yorkshire tea lol. In Yorkshire!!!

Beautiful pub/restaurant with nice rooms and an epic shower. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Perfect for visiting Titanic Spa, which is a 5 minute drive away.

I would just recommend having the carpets cleaned in the hallway and bedrooms.

Heated towel rail not working. Got a lot of noise from the function room/bar below, but it was quiet enough during the night.

Really comfortable bed. We'll appointed bathroom with great walk in shower but no bath. Attractive restaurant and menu was excellent. Complimentary and simple breakfast was just right to start the day. Nice coffee. Free car park with plenty of spaces.

No breakfast available. The complimentary light breakfast is no longer offered. Being the only guest and person in residence overnight. Didn't spot any evacuation procedure in the bedroom. Bathroom sink cracked and will need replacing.

Restaurant, bar and lounge area. Food quality was excellent. Good choice of ales at the bar. Comfy bed and great shower with immediate running hot water. Free parking in a spacious carpark on site. Quiet location.

We weren't originally given the room we'd actually booked (we'd chosen based on the bathroom looking a bit newer, bigger, and with walk in shower). We needed to bring in some belongings before going out for the evening and realised then that the bathroom was small with a shower over bath, and the room looked smaller than in the photos too. It also had some plastic trays on the floor under the window because of a leak. Didn't have time to raise any of this at that point but spoke to staff when we came back. They said they had put us in a different room because of noise from the bar, which was considerate, but I'd rather have been asked if we would be bothered by the noise (we weren't, as we weren't arriving back at the room until fairly late). They looked at the photos of the room we'd booked and said they would move us. The room they gave us still wasn't the one we actually had pictures of on our booking, but we didn't want to make more of a fuss. It was comfortable, though there were details that were not quite the standard I would have expected (a big reel extension lead by the bed for example, and no bedside table on that side when there would have been plenty of room for one)

Really comfy bed, slept well. Staff were friendly and helpful even when we asked to be put in a different room. Plenty of parking even though the bar was busy.

The website was a bit confusing , we thought they did breakfast , they don't, however there are plenty of good cafes for breakfast near by. We had to wait a while for our main meal.... But was lovely once it arrived. Would definitely stay again..

The accommodation was comfortable and clean, everything we needed was there. With the exception of coffee and milk sachets. Staff not around in the morning to get any so stock up early.
