Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent location (2 mins walk from the railway station; 25 mins on train from Cardiff), great staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable accommodation. Would definitely stay here again.

Polandthe offer doesn't give any room size, and each room is different in this historical building (some are really small while other are quite comfortable). some rooms can be noisy. make sure you ask at the reception before you check in.
the hotel is close to the train station and has a pub on the ground floor. the personnel was very helpful and when I complained about the noise in my room I got moved to another room without any issue.

United KingdomI would have preferred tp have been in a back room as requested where it is quieter. The water in the bathroom was only luke warm when taking a bath(27) It was OK the first couple of days . I mentioned it to the staff when leaving.
It is a comfortable hotel in a handy location & only 5mins walk to the train station. The staff are friendly & helpful. We have stayed many times. The restaurant/ pub downstairs is good too.

United KingdomUnfortunately, the only downside was that the double bed we stayed in was a little uncomfortable aside from ground floor to reception room. However, the receptionist did an amazing job and managed to move us on same floor so for that, we do appreciate the kind gesture. They made sure we didn’t have to travel over more floors. Be aware there are only stairs (no lifts beyond reception) so carrying suitcases could be heavy.
It was a lovely historic building, decor was nice, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. The easy usage of bar downstairs was handy. The doors after a certain time do lock, so you’ll need your key to get back inside, however, this feature did make the place secure and we felt very safe.

Third or forth stay at the Wyndham, so layout and routine for breakfast well known but staff added advice on changes in the detail. Also helpful on the redevelopment of the town centre progress and changes in shops. I got a top floor room so very quiet even with the pub on the ground floor operating.
