We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomParking a bit of a nightmare and little space. Eventually directed to go round the block to the otherside car park where just about found a safe place to park. Despite Booking.com indicating free parking and querying reception when they mentioned a charge, which they said would not be made, I was disappointed on my return from holiday that they had charged my credit card! Not great!!
Room was very good with all the facilities required. Staff friendly and effficient. Close to Gatwick Airport with easy access.

United KingdomThe adjacent room's door was constantly being slammed shut, kids running up and down the corridor. The hotel was close to a main road so traffic noise continued through the night. There wasn't a lift to the next floor, so had to ask for help with luggage. The room seemed to be very near to the boiler room, and vibration and noise was distracting whilst heating was on.
Comfortable bed, clean shower room, fluffy towels, and nice quality tea and coffee. Staff friendly and helpful, with a prompt shuttle service to the airport.

FranceWe only ever got a total bill for food and drink consumed which was always about 20% more than we expected. Our fault for not asking but it may be that the drinks are a bit more expensive than usual although the food prices are fine. We were encouraged to book direct for the beast deal but found on both occasions that Booking.com was around 25% cheaper.
We stayed 1 night then two more a few days later. It’s quite a find with a very warm atmosphere. They have covered every base with a reliable shuttle to and from Gatwick 24 hours a day (we got one at 6am) and also car parking on site. The rooms are comfortable and warm, well decorated and clean. There is an adequate, albeit not gourmet choice of reasonably priced food either in the dining area or bar snacks (great baked potatoes!) in the bar. The staff are very friendly giving the place a very real sense of a home away from home rather than the usual rather sterile hotel experience. We will definitely stay here any time we need a stay close to Gatwick.
