There was one bath towel for a couple. We didn't ask another one as we didn't use it.

Located right in the middle of the town center, close to renowened cafes and restaurants. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The pub was a fantastic spot, offering delicious local good. As for the room, it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Every possible amenity was thoughtfully provided. Also there is a great bakery opposite the place. Highly recommended!

I think the only minor issue was the curtains, they were very heavy and I found them a bit difficult to pull but it was a very minor issue.

The room was big and the bed really comfortable. Really good big shower. The location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked and the lady in the restaurant was exceptional.

The rooms are tired, we chose not to use the shower or bath in room 5 as it really was poor. It had been cleaned and was 100% clean. Unfortunately, GreeneKing must visit this place so they can see what they own and offer. They also need to personally recognise everyone who works so hard to protect their brand and deliver a great customer experience. GreeneKing, please listen and step up

The staff are the true champions that hold this place together. For example, some rooms can not get the hotel Interner to stable and usable level. Staff who live on site let you use their private WiFi at no cost but to make you happy and the hotel look good. Absolutely, this level of quality staff and loyalty is repeated at all levels throughout the hotel.

No on site parking, although public car park was only a few minutes walk away. Very steep staircase with no lift, and the room was too small to be comfortable for a longer stay; no wardrobe and limited storage space. The food was nothing exceptional, typical pub grub and limited menu.

It was clean and comfortable. Ideal for a few nights, and within easy reach of everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was good.

Can’t think of anything. Comfort, cleanliness and sleep! All I needed.

Quirky old fashioned decor, big bed, Victorian real paintings on wall. Lovely wooden desk and vintage style furniture. Good clean bathroom with bath. Attached to pub, so straight off ferry into a lovely vibrant bar with great staff.and oh so quiet! Peace to my ears:-) lots of character!
