We could not fault our stay, excellent value for the money, The staff were friendly and made our stay a very happy experience, the hotel is just outside of the shopping centre and beach area, but a walkable distance just down the hill or if you didn't fancy walking, the bus stop is just around the corner from the hotel.

The low ceilings above the beds and in the living room as my children kept hitting their heads but it's understandable being a loft room. Also the amount of stairs.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely. The room was lovely and as shown in the pictures. Townhouse is very clean throughout. Breakfast was nice and wasn't the same on the mornings we were there. Shops literally around the corner if you go left out of the front door.

Bathroom was old and toilet had an issue with the flush with yellow water coming back after flushing Thought there were some cooked dishes at breakfast time but apparently that is something they stopped some time ago sadly

Personally, I think the en suite could've done with being a touch bigger, but that is literally not even an issue. I'm just very clumsy, and knock things over a lot; I don't think my sister had the same problem, so this is 100% a me thing.

The double room my sister and I stayed in was lovely. It was a great size, and the en suite was perfect. The building was clean, and it was clear that staff were always on hand if you had any problems. Such a lovely group of people, there wasn't really anything I could fault. The light breakfast selection was small, but, it is a 'light' breakfast after all, and for us it was perfect! The lounge area always looked cozy and inviting as well. Overall, we are incredibly happy with our stay!

Perfect location. Loved the personal touch and thoughtfulness of the staff. Cosy, lovely room with a great size shower and the bed was so comfortable! I've stayed in bigger hotel chains many times, both for leisure and work, and this surpasses the majority. I will be returning.🙂

Everything was precisely as advertised. Extremely comfortable bed in a meticulously clean bedroom. A pleasant and well-provisioned breakfast buffet provided for 12 hours of a day. Easy check in with very polite and helpful staff. The entire establishment is clean and very well maintained.

Very nice room, very good value for the price paid in February. Lovely weather, and with the beach just down the road we had a great couple of days. 1st night, eve of wedding, 2nd night, honeymoon.

We needed to stay in the lobby area for a few hours after check out but we were asked to leave, would have been helpful to be able to sit on the couches and do some work before the train

It was on the top floor so there were a lot of stairs getting to the room. Breakfast could have been better as the selection was a bit on the slim side
