Everything was exceptional - beautiful room, easy bus ride into Liverpool and wonderful hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay in Liverpool.

The location in respect to Liverpool was a little far out but manageable.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean with all your needs catered for. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was helpful, courteous, and very accommodating. The bus stop was a couple of minutes walk away and took you straight into the centre of Liverpool.

We spent a really pleasant two nights st 2 The Rocklands. Simon was very accommodating, letting us check in later in the evening due to our travel plans. The room had everything we could need, including mini fridge, Netflix and a bath and shower. It also had little luxuries, like tea/biscuits, room slippers, face wipes and more! Simon kindly gave us a lift to the ferry (a nice way to see Liverpool for the first time) and even dropped us near Lime St Station the next day as he was going into town. We had wanted to book a hotel in Liverpool Centre, but due to the football/ long weekend, the choices were limited and prices were extortionate. We were glad in the end because 2 The Rocklands felt like a lovely retreat. Breakfast was also great - set us up for two great days. Thank you, Simon and Susan... If we are ever back in Liverpool, we'll see you again!

We loved it all!

We had the best time staying here…the hosts went over and above with hospitality ..a great selection for breakfast with good quality produce. The suite was spotless..warm & comfortable having ample space and a very cosy feel. Bruce was a joy we really felt at home here. We will definitely be coming back..

We had a super time staying at 2 The Rocklands so there was nothing about this B&B that we didn't like.

2 The Rocklands is one of the best B&B's that we have ever stayed in. Simon and Susan are fabulous hosts who made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. The rooms had lovely furniture and were spotlessly clean. The breakfast menu was very good and the cooking was excellent. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Wirral.

There was nothing we would moan about.

The location was ideal with good parking and availability of public transport. Both Simon &Sue were very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent clean comfortable place to stay with a good quality breakfast. This is certainly an excellent B&B where I (and my wife) would certainly choose the next time we head to Liverpool. I will certainly recommend this home from home B&B to family & friends.

A super homely, beautiful bed and breakfast. Pre-arrival information was fantastic. We had a lovely, warm welcome from our hosts and taken to our room. It was spotless and extremely comfortable. The tea tray was very generous and our mini fridge not only had bottles of water but fresh milk too. Our en-suite was vast and stylish with everything you could need - especially those essentials that you may have forgotten to pack. The location was quiet and very safe; a great feeling when you're also close to all amenities.

Simon and Sue are fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, they recommended restaurants and on our 1st night Simon drove us to a lovely restaurant. Simon was very knowledgable about bus and train travel and both were very close. The breakfast was incredible the best fruit salad! Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. There is nothing I would have changed.
