We booked a family room. The room was clean and tidy, very spacious with good sized beds. The beds are very comfy. The breakfast is excellent and plenty of options. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. I have stayed at this lovely hotel before and look forward to our next stay.

Small thing, but no hot water for a shower in the morning. We raised it with reception when we checked out so should be fixed.

Our weekend stay was great. The room (19) simple but clean and all we needed for couple of days. It’s only about 10 min walk to the centre on Leamington Spa. Property have fair amount of parking as well. Staff was very friendly, full English breakfast nice. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to my friends.

Nothing struck us. Plenty of staff, polite and attentive.

Clearly refurbished to high standard. New carpets throughout and excellent bathrooms. An older buildings, welll decorated.

No real complaints. Minor points were noisy pipework - every time somebody in another room ran a tap it echoed through our room, especially during the night. Also the lighting could have been a bit brighter. Breakfast was a little 'rushed' on this last occasion perhaps due to the hotel being very busy on the weekend.

Room was exactly what we asked for, away from the main road. Staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a short walk from town and in a very handy location. Also very near to the riverside parks so it is easy to go for a pleasant stroll. We've used this hotel a couple of times and will undoubtedly be back.

The only thing I didnt like was the power shower with low water pressure.

Very cosy place, clean and has everything you need. Free parking was available which I appreciated a lot. The breakfast was very tasty and made to order(not the usual buffet that you get in hotel chains). The double room I had, was on the first floor was on the smaller side but had a roof window which brought a lot of light into the room.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and kind. We were able to check in early, which was a bonus, considering we arrived 2hrs before checking in time. Rooms were comfy enough and contained Tea and coffee. Breakfast was very nice. Staff allowed us to leave cars here too whilst we had a walk into town. Parking was great and plenty of spaces. Very much value for money.

Bedside lamps not easy to reach from bed, could do with a cord pull type as too high on wall. Shower head didn't fit properly on holder but worked fine.

We tried to call reception to confirm breakfast time but no one answered then tried to tell them in person but no one was there at around 5pm. But it was all fine in the morning when we came to breakfast.

Really spacious, warm and comfortable room with plenty of light and everything we needed for a one-night stay. Staff were friendly. Parking included which was great. A short walk into town.

It would have been good if it stated in the write up that it was up 4 flights of steep stairs as my elderly mother struggled and needed to use her inhaler when we got to the top. Also the lighting on the stairwell did not work on the way down. The switch for the time delay lighting was at the bottom which was good when coming in but none of the switches we found on the upper levels seemed to work. Not ideal but luckily we had torches with us. We were unable to have a later breakfast as was already booked up when we arrived to check in, but breakfast was good and staff very attentive. When we reached the lodge for breakfast the car park was full so we had to park further down the road.

We were only there for a few hours as were out late attending an event in Warwick but the apartment appears to be in a good location in regards to the town centre and the railway station. It is about a 6 min drive from the actual Victoria lodge, where you check in and breakfast is provided, but directions are provided on check in. The apartment had free parking, was spacious and spotlessly clean. It had plenty of pots etc if staying for more than one night and facilities were good ie. cooker, toaster, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave. Washing up liquid, washing tablets and tea towels were provided, as were tea coffee, hot chocolate and milk in the fridge.

Only thing I would suggest looking at is the cooked breakfast, it seems to be prepared too early and was unfortunately only luke warm. However omlettes and any eggs on toast all freshly done which was great.

Our hosts were lovely, had a few good chats and pointed us in the right direction to get some great evening meals which was only a short walk away. Ne ver any quibble when I wanted more milk for the room (I like milky tea :) cleanliness very good and we especially liked having the room downstairs that opened onto the garden as my partner mobility not good.
