Metin was an excellent host and we had a full breakfast with plenty of choice. Our room was light and airy and very comfortable. The guesthouse has views over Swansea Bay (across the road) and is a comfortable walking distance to plenty of restaurants in Mumbles. We would recommend staying at this guesthouse.

Great location for my adventures. Accommodation was excellent for my needs. Metin was very caring, and his wife prepared two wonderful breakfasts. He genuinely wanted you to be happy, and nothing was too much trouble. He had good knowledge of the area. A very enjoyable stay indeed. I highly recommend you give this place a try. Nice walks left or right. Brilliant, thank you both.

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. The food was prepared on time and and was appetising. Matin took care to cater to our needs and even assisted us with our luggage on departure. We saw him go tge extra mile for the other tenants that were there during our stay. My wife is normally very fussy about cleanliness and for the first time did not have any complaints. I would definitely recommend Tides Reach Guest House

The room was in the loft maybe a challenge if you were very tall. But the views and space made up for that.

We had an excellent couple of days. Superb views wonderful breakfast. The room was large and comfortable, location was great with good choice for meals out in the evening.

All was good

Clean, hospitality, comfort, nice breakfast. Service was above and beyond, indulging the guests with special requests. The location is close tho the sea and many notable locations to visit. With a car, makes it easy to drive around and explore more.

Room was a little cold at times. If you let the owner know he will alter the thermostat. It was one of the coldest nights though. Minus 2 outside! Not any fault of the hotel.

Location, quiet, parking nearby. The property was fresh and clean and our host Metin, was friendly and very informative with good suggestions of where to eat, park. His presence in the dining room: promoted conversation between the guests, making the whole experience a happy one. Breakfast was delicious and we were offered more if we wanted it.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The service was exceptional. The property was located approximately a 5 minute walk away from the local shops. I would stay here again.

Had to park up the side street. But I would still do it, to stay at this place. I have stayed in hundreds of B&B places. But this one tops them all. Metin is a lovely friendly guy. X

Loved it best B&B I have ever stayed at, The breakfast was Outstanding so much chose, and you can have more. Rooms were decorated to a high standard. You even have a mini fridge to put your fresh milk in. I would strongly recommend this place.

Everything was good.

Location was perfect. We appreciated the attention to details in the room. We felt safe and the breakfast was perfect and multiple options. We felt very welcomed by the host. Room 5 views were great early in the morning.

The weather, otherwise no problems whatsoever

Excellent host, food exceptional, we left early because the weather was appalling. Our room was quirky but if you were over 6 ft tall you would struggle.

The headboard was a bit loose so made a bit of noise when on the bed. The duvet was also a bit thick and warm but probably only an issue due to the very warm weather.

Fantastic location and very accommodating owner. Excellent breakfast with a great view over the Bay and a lovely ambience The ensuite bathroom was immaculate. The honesty fridge for extra milk and coffees is a great idea

Great hospitality throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. A comfortable and warm clean room. Excellent breakfast that set us up for our daily walks around Mumbles coastline. The personal little touches made it feel like home from home. A real jewel of a guesthouse!
