The initial staff encounter did not go well, however, other staff members stepped up to resolve a few issues, notably, Melissa .

The property was very well decorated for the time. And a great location.

It's a beautiful historic building, the perfect place for Titanic fans. Very comfortable rooms, friendly staff and nice restaurant and bar. Also close to the center of Belfast

Only criticism I have is the breakfast. The scrambled eggs were very runny and no condiments supplied.

The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. Clean and well equipped rooms

No consierge. Would have been good to have a little more information about the nearby points of interest and Belfast itself.

Beautifully appointed rooms. Thoughtfully renovated to maintain the depth of history associated with the building and the surrounding area. Great common areas for a quiet drink, casual meal or formal dining. Perfect location for visiting the nearby museum and dockyards.

Nothing at all. The hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, rooms were clean and tidy, the bar and restaurant were exceptional. The location is great and loved visiting the titanic experience next door. Couldn’t fault it, will definitely be back again.

No options for different pillows. Mattress was too soft. Air con was a bit noisy in our room.

Staff very knowledgeable, always willing to help, nothing too much trouble. They showed the renovation work and kept certain area of the hotel of the time. History everywhere you go. Spacious room and bathroom. View of the Cranes from our room. Breakfast was outstanding.

There were a lot of mildew marks in the shower, this is not down to the cleaners, the rest of the room was very clean. However, paying the price we did for the hotel, I would expected it to be spotless.

The hotel is beautiful and very well designed. The decor was outstanding.

The service in the restaurant was a little slow on both nights we ate and for breakfast although appreciate the staff we’re dealing with difficult circumstances on those days The staff in the Drawing room could have been a little friendlier - very little interaction and no one cracked a smile! These are minor things however - overall a lovely hotel

Beautiful hotel - fitted out very well Comfortable room and bed, lovely bathroom Friendly staff for the most part Delicious food and cocktails

All the decorations, everything was very on theme, but still modern, not out dated in the slightest. The staff were all also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location for us was amazing as we were there for the SSE arena and also close to public transport to travel into the centre.

The dining area was a bit limited. We opted for the more casual dining experience (drawing room) but found it difficult to eat on sofas and coffee tables. Very good food though x

All of information available, the character and the history. It felt like we stayed in a museum but in a good way. Breakfast options were fabulous
