Room and en suite were exceptionally clean. Toiletries provided. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was supstantial and well cooked. The location was ideal as we had booked a see a play at Eden Court Theatre and could walk there in under 10 minutes. It was further away from the bus station, but a walkable distance.

It was a great location if you are coming to Inverness by train or bus.Easy flat walk with bags. Room very comfortable with plenty pillows, good bedside lights , able to open window a little for fresh air , lots hot water and great breakfast.

Located on a high traffic street. Fortunately, the traffic lightens significantly in the evening and evenings are quieter.

Clean, comfortable, location makes for easy access to just about everything. Hosts are very friendly and knowledgeable plus they serve a great breakfast (be sure to ask about the history of The Haggi!).

We can't wait to visit again. Our two-night stay during our honeymoon was so nice thanks to the owner, Russell, who has a natural gift for hospitality. The bed and linens were very comfortable. The ensuite was a good size. Each morning we got a Full Scottish Breakfast that was freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious. The location was a short and easy walk to the city center. We visited one of the bars in town on the recommendation of Russell and we had the best time! We went on a group tour with Rabbie's and the meet spot was a short five minute walk away. All of it was just perfect. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Inverness!

The guest house was clean and comfortable, we stayed in the small double room and it was perfect for my husband and I. The location is great and the Scottish breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Russell was very helpful with info on things to see and do. Would definitely stay here again.

On a busyish main road.

In the heart of Inverness, quirky guest house which was very well run. Comfortable bed, everything worked and everything provided for. Breakfast was delicious and they were very good at accommodating dietary needs. Lots of attention to detail and Scottish knick knacks etc.

Room was really comfortable - especially the bed. Unfortunately I had to leave early in the morning otherwise would have stayed in there a lot longer. The host was very friendly and kind to organise breakfast for me before the official breakfast time. Location is handy to the main part of town but far enough away to be a little quieter.
