It didn’t have coffee and tea facilities in the room. And that you needed to get two lifts to go to your room.

The bathroom specifically the shower was great and clean. Also the bed was very comfortable.

- The room was showing signs of wear (Cracks/chips in wall) - 3pm check-in, although this is normal for most hotels so can't complain too much

The apartment is good overall. The location is super close to the center. But it is very loud at night and you need ear protection to be able to sleep. The windows are very old and leaky against noise. The staff is very friendly when you arrive, but not when you leave. You're happy when the guests are outside and you don't have anything to do anymore. They didn't even order a taxi to the airport. The room that was offered does not correspond at all to the photos on booking.com. There is a pungently strange taste throughout the house.

to get to your room, you need to change two elevators, the shower system is a little confusing, the shower system is stationary, that is, it cannot be moved, it just sticks out of the wall, it is a little inconvenient to use it, the bed was pushed away from the wall, the phone and the pillow fell there, and there was only one chair, although it was designed for two people. why one chair???)))

The way going to my room is confusing and takes a lot of stairs. It’s difficult to go to Hotel B if you have loads of luggage’s gave me a hard time. And the heater not working well even the radiator that was provided not working.

Mattress needs replacing. Lock on door (room 305) needs replacing ,it doesn't install confidence when shutting door . Windows very dirty. Ps, needs a kettle.

Not the cleanest place really and some general maintenance needed. Black mold around the sink in the bathroom. Several curtains half hanging off the rails. Long complicated, one floor down the next walk to room situatrd in a separate but connected older part of the hotel (Building B). There are charges for leaving bags for just a few hours after check out.

Good sized room in Hotel building B. Excellent central location. Walking distance to all City Center sites, Liverpool One shopping, Waterfront, Galleries, Albert Docks. Lime Street Train Station 10-15 minutes easy walk. Loads of restaurants and cafes around. Check in was straightforward.

Considering the cost it was very bare in what it provided ...there was no kettle or cup to have a drink in the room. There was no phone to phone down to reception and there was no wardrobe for any clothing ... just two hooks for anything you wanted to hang up

Tune hotel is very good value for the price. The facilities are excellent. Near to all places to visit. Staff very professional.

Bathroom was a bit dingey, mouldy shower curtain, tiles etc and our shower drain overflowed flooding not only the bathroom but the main bedroom also. Staff were helpful and corrected this quickly

The room was cold and as key needed to turn on heat it took a long time to heat and additional heater was supplied but as only two plug sockets in room I could either have bedside light, charge my phone or use heater. As listed building longer curtains would have helped to retain heat.

The room was large and bright the bed comfortable. Loved location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great two night stay.

A bit to go here and there and several turns amd stairs inside the hotel to access rooms. It was a bit confusing.
