wanted £20 cash to let me check in early i said no so i would check in at 5 he gave me the key and told me to leave baggage in car told me room 6 when it was room 9 didn't see any staff after that

Shower didn't work, bath came on with it.Plug in sink needed cleaning,and bit blocked. No sleep on Saturday night as sounded like herd of elephants above us.

Breakfast starts bit early, and no lifts going upstairs. The hotel needs a bit off update in decorating side bit out off date.

The breakfast was nice had a lot on my plate I like juice. Could had some fresh fruits. Very good nice one.

The room was very small nowhere to put anything whilst in bed without getting up. Couldn't watch TV without closing curtains. Comfy mattress but metal bed frame no good for head or back

The staff weren’t that friendly all except 1 who was really friendly and helpful. Would of liked a buffet breakfast. And being on the top floor would of been better if there was a lift.

The facilities are a bit outdated. The pool could use some cleaning and the 5pm closure of the pool in the summer is a bit too early.

Toilet leaked. Hotel was expensive but it was bank holiday weekend.

The staff that would be there majority of the day don’t have a welcoming attitude, very unpractical & not helpful. Whenever I would need a staff they were no where to be seen & it got very frustrating. I remember needing an iron so I went downstairs & to request one(even though it says on the description that iron is in the rooms) I was looking for staff & one of the guys that works there was sitting with some guests talking but I didn’t know he was there for a good 30mins & when I told him I was waiting he looked at me with a blank expression. Another thing I didn’t like was the break would be served but it felt as if the food came out of a microwave, the egg would look sunny side up but the yolk would be hard.

Great location, a lot of different people but very polite, there was only one staff I would say was nice & helpful, which was the cleaner. The pool was nice & warm. I would say it was a good stay overall. The staff that make breakfast was very nice as well.

The outside of the building is shabby and all round the pool area too. Needs a gardener and handy person to bring it up to standard. I had the smallest ensuite possible and it needed better maintenance. Walls are thin, could hear fans, televisions and everyone getting up and moving around.

Breakfast was great and was served very quickly. The breakfast staff were friendly and efficient. Most of the staff were great. Inside the hotel was okay. The pool was heated and was an added bonus. Bedding was perfectly clean and fresh.

Room need to be updated a bit and no lift had to Struggle to go upstairs with my suitcase.

Breakfast was good could off had fresh fruits but yes breakfast on point. So service helpful staff. Location was good hotel just the hotel needs to be updated a little bath was too small to move around, hotel was clean which good.

Well the rooms need to be updated more looks a bit out off date? But if you want just a cheap deal for a couple days it fine? Bathroom is small. The hotel looks clean and downstairs toilets are nice and clean too? The hotel just need to update a bit.

Breakfast was very good location very good specially if can’t walk far? Very good location specially if got a young family.
