Absolutely nothing, to be honest. The property went above and beyond our expectations. The host has thought of literally everything!

The property is gorgeous, and Karl is a fabulous host! Cannot recommend the property enough! Rooms are lovely, everything is immaculately clean, and Karl is very helpful, no matter what the request. He also offered excellent suggestions for restuarants, places to visit, parking, and how best to get to points of interest. The weekend was a lovely, lovely experience, thanks to this stay!

We enjoyed one night in this typical English brick house with several rooms. The rooms are really very nice and clean, you have everything what you need for a sleepover, the comfortable beds, the nice bathroom, the possibility to use the common kitchen. The landlord is very kind. The breakfast room is downstairs, you can find here coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereals, yogurts, milk and fresh fruit. It is further from the center, but you can take a direct bus from city center (cca 30 min.). I recommend this accomodation, you will feel well here.

Karl was super helpful through the whole process. Everything was immaculately clean. I have rated this 9/10 as I would have liked the continental breakfast to include a pastry/croissant but other than that our stay was perfect.

From before arrival, Karl kept in touch with us and answered any questions we had. We arrived to a lovely welcome, shown around the premises. It was so clean and tidy, the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was help yourself continental in very nice dining area. Would definitely stay again.

Property is nice, rooms are spacious and bed and bedding are very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and it was a safe and pleasant stay. One tip, just note that the owner stays in for your check in so where possible do put the correct check-in time in so he’s not waiting about.

The property is clean, the beds are comfortable, the property is in an excellent location and close to the bus for both the airport and city centre access. The property is also close to the Liverpool and Everton stadiums as well as Aintree. There was good range of cereals, fruits yogurts, juice tea and coffee for the continental breakfast. Karl also told us if we were interested in a cooked breakfast there was a cafe 3 mins walk away that offered a buffet style breakfast for £8. He also recommend a fantastic restaurant which is a 10min walk from the property. Karl kept in contact with us when he knew we were arriving to make sure we arrived okay. Karl was a very friendly host and made us both feel very welcome.

Easy parking. Please be sure to take heed of the instructions given by the host to get to the correct address in Liverpool L20. Spotlessly clean place! Very comfortable room and bed. I would just say if anyone has preference for non-down pillow, maybe let the host know before your stay. I prefer a cheaper pillow :-)

The accommodation was absolutely excellent. Karl was a wonderful host and showed us around. The room was beautifully decorated with modern decor and the bed and linens were superb. We had a very comfortable sleep. The mid floor kitchenette was fabulous and great to be able to have a refrigerator, sink, plates, glassware and cutlery available. The continental breakfast supplied was fresh and plentiful. We definitely have no hesitation in recommending this lovely accommodation. Thank you Karl 😊
