Karl ist a wonderfull host, who has renovated this lovely building all by himself. He is extremely helpful in the case of needs. Breakfeast is very healthy and nicely prepared, we liked it very much.

Beautiful refurbished property, It felt very relaxed and welcoming. Really liked that it was far enough away from the hectic city to relax but closer enough to walk. Really good bus network.

Karl is a brilliant, friendly host and I really appreciated how accommodating he was around check-in and useful info. as regards getting to and from Liverpool City Centre. Aswell as that, the room and it's facilities were great and it had everything you needed. The breakfast was very good too.

Beautifully renovated house and our room was lovely and spotlessly clean.Breakfast included fresh fruit and cereal. Karl was so welcoming and friendly making sure everything was just right.He even recommended a great restaurant nearby with panoramic views of the city.Easy bus trip into the centre of Liverpool.

Karl’s sister was so nice through our stay. She helped with everything, there was no problem with our unfortunate late check-in, and we also could store our luggages there after check-out. Everything was okay with our room, and with the breakfast. I’m sure we’ll stay there again if we come back to Liverpool. Highly recommended.

Karl is a fantastic host. He explains everything, he worries about your confort in all senses. He is great. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The house is located in Bootle, not exactly next to Liverpool's city center, but it is very well comunicated by bus. It is fast and cheap, and Karl explains how to do.

The view from the window of our room was of back yards - you can't have everything.

Very friendly B&B owner who was quick to respond to queries & very accommodating. Room was quiet & comfortable, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although we had to leave before stated breakfast time, our host left the dining room open so that we could help ourselves to coffee, & continental breakfast items (fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc), which were good quality. Great location for Liverpool Ferry Port for our journey to Ireland. Easy to find & park.
