Everything was fantastic

Staff were helpful and friendly. It was my husband's birthday and they knew this so staff and housekeeping wished him happy birthday and they decorated our room.

Leaking shower. Flooded the bathroom first day. AC in Room was not working and each night the room was too hot to sleep. Had an adjoining room and could hear everything my neighbour's were doing and their conversations.

The staff were friendly. They also allowed for an early check-in, Convenient location close to Bickingham Palace and Victoria Station.

Rooms were expensive, but the price was expected given the excellent location. Restaurant attached to hotel is outrageously expensive for a tapas restaurant, don't go unless you're prepared to spend minimum £100 per person.

I stayed here the weekend of the Chelsea Flower Show. Location is amazing, so close to Victoria station and the flower show was about 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. There are great restaurants nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful, I like that the hotel gives you an option to opt out of housekeeping, in turn you are offered either a bottle of wine or £10 food voucher at the bar.

rooms are far too expensive. very limited food at main bar. Limited number of restaurants close by so probably need to go further afield.

Very well located at Victoria with a train or taxi ride to anywhere in London. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the Concierges. Hotel is modern and rooms are reasonably modern and pleasant.

Shower in the bath is not a favourite of mine. far prefer a room with walk in shower facility. Concern is always slipping on entry and leaving the bath.

There was no plug for the bath and when I called for assistance they said they would send someone - and didn’t. Just really disappointed that such a small thing changed my stay. When I raised it at checkout there was no acknowledgment it had spoilt my evening.

We got emailed an upgrade offer to a studio and in the email it offered us a kitchenette with a microwave which we decided to do so we could feed our young child in the hotel room and get her settled rather than keeping her up to find somewhere to eat. On arrival I confirmed the upgrade we had paid for (extra £30 per night). Our room did not have a microwave or a sink. I went to reception to ask about this and the woman on reception was very dismissive (not Florina) and said we only upgraded to a basic and it did not come with a microwave. When I tried to navigate back to the page the hotel had emailed to show them the offers page just said thanks and all offers wiped. Should have got a screen shot as that was the whole reason we upgraded. When I explained this she said she could give me a bowl and I could use hotel kettle. Not sure how one bowl and a kettle can replace a strong microwave to heat food for a child..... I ended up having to buy baby pouches for my 3 year old that I could heat in hot water using a shallow bowl in bathroom sink.... it also meant we couldn't eat anything we bought so had to order room service two nights as our daughter needed to sleep..... for some reason the curry is only on the menu for room service after 11pm... The lighting in the room is around the edges and is either full on bright or dim and difficult to see which we had to use when our child had gone to bed. There are redevelopment/upgrades taking place to the hotel, unfortunately these were being done in the rooms adjacent to ours so while they were very pleasant builders and fitters it was always a noisy wakeup as they came to get started on the wardrobes of the room next door. For the reasons of you dont get what you actually pay for I would not choose to book this venue again and go back to the Riu which is right next door.

Excellent staff on reception Florina was brilliant with our daughter and did everything she could to make our stay pleasant and was very friendly and welcoming and professional, excellent Nice breakfast selection and minimal.wait in queues for tables and food. Good separate dishes for people like me with severe allergies to stop cross contamination

For what we wanted, there was nothing to dislike.

The location for our Pullman trip from Victoria was ideal. The room was spacious and comfortable. As we were out most of the time, liked the idea of forgoing the servicing of the room in exchange for a gift.
