The reception staff always hiding in the bk need to be more present. Breakfast was very poor . Needed filling and looked under cooked also very dirty around d the food

Light by bedroom door needed a new bulb. Didn't matter because the others worked and we went straight to bed. We met no staff so told noone.

We only wanted one night and left for Hospital before breakfast

On booking i had requested a cot, when we arrived no cot was in the room i have a 14week old baby who is unable to share a bed with me. Staff eventually managed to get hold of a cot at 11:30pm which was great but my baby became unsettled by this point.

Lovely place, very clean. Bed was comfortable and the family room is the perfect size.

the wedding food was poor, i don’t know if it was who the wedding had booked or through the hotel but the chicken was dry and i wasn’t too impressed

The staff were amazing, i was there attending a wedding and we had a few issues with bouquets and drama and the staff were so attentive and even though i didn’t spend the night in the hotel the staff went above and beyond

Hotel on the flight path, so noisy planes overhead.

Smooth self checkin and checkout with friendly staff member on hand to assist. Restaurant, Starbucks, etc easily accessible. Room was clean and comfortable.

The litter and detritus left in hotel corridor leading to room 413. The bar is no longer a genial bar but noisy, rowdy, drunken sport filled space which has completed destroyed what was a civilised ambience.

Room very hot. Bed too soft for our liking but beds are an individual taste. Bar prices are very high!

Very good breakfast, Club room was nicely decorated and kitted out. The Shower was brilliant. Bar area and outside seating area very open and bright. Staff very good.

Ordered room service on app but order didn't go through even though I was charged. Had to re order an hour later and was charged again. Staff couldn't refund one of the charges. Have to wait until manager decides if it was charged twice on their side even though my bank app shows it was taken twice.no idea when that manager will check that.

Maybe replace some of the high tables for low level seating rather than bar stools. As lots of people come in from neighbouring area for breakfast so it was quite busy.

Breakfast was a bit extra on top but was delicious. Fresh cooked food coming out regularly. Lovely staff, were so helpful and caring. As I'm disabled they went above and beyond to help me so I didn't have to walk too far. Bed was comfy and perfect height for wheelchair transfer to bed. Bathroom/wetroom was great. Shower was lovely too. The bones was having a Starbucks in the hotel! Amazing chocolate waffle frappe! Was out of this world! Hotel organised taxi for us when we requested which was really helpful. Overall a great stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The breakfast was decent but could have been better, as well as the evening meal in the restaurant. There should be more variety of hot buffet for breakfast, like hash browns. The fish and chips were a bit bland from the regular menu.

Very nice hotel, good room and great facilities. The bar and restaurant was enjoyable.
